It was very hot in the restaurant, idk if it's the light bulbs or the air is not working well. We had to wait on fresh food. Some of the food has too much salt. This is one of my favorite restaurants though.

Hibachi Grill and Sushi serves up the best Asian food from Chelsea to Jackson. Plus,it is a Buffet, so you may indulge in all your favorites for one low price. You can also select your own ingredients and have them cooked for you on their Hibachi Grill. We are very happy to have discovered this treasure in Jackson!

Food is what you expect from a Chinese buffet. Everything I tried was hot and tasted fresh. The sushi selection was impressive and tasty. Bathroom was clean.
The Hibachi Grill is our favorite place to eat when we are in Jackson for a variety of reasons...the cost is affordable esp. for the choices you have on their buffets. Food is always hot and delicious! Service is FAST. Staff is always friendly. Last time we visited however it was very hot in there and not sure if their air was working or not but it was uncomfortable. I might add it has never been that way any other time, so not sure if this was a fluke? Also some fans, background music and a new floor in the restaurant which is NOT carpeted would be terrific. Carpeting is not appetizing and does not appear very clean. I am writing this because I do love the place and would hate to see it go under. Mike (the mgr. I am guessing) is a cool dude!

Super nice people and much better food than most buffets make this place a great place to eat. The price was very reasonable. Also, my granddaughter put my car keys in my bag when I was getting food. Thank you for your patience and help looking for them.

This place really never disappoints. Yeah the sushi is not super fancy, but it's good. They have most of the classics plus the hibachi. Miss the coffee ice cream though.
