The absolute best donuts in the Midwest. Hands down. They are only open a few days a week, and they only take cash….but the line is always out the door and around the building every morning. If you ever are in the area traveling, you have to stop here. The building is falling apart, and the inside of the store looks like my 90 year old Grandma’s attic. But you will keep coming back for the donuts.

They make yeast and cake donut and have typical shapes you see in other places. All very good, bigger size than average. They also have a crescent donut which looks like an empanada. (See pictures). I usually don't get cake donut because the ones from Tim Horton are gross and dry. But Hinkley do it right . They are tender in the inside and the taste like a muffin.

Wonderful place!! The lady that helped me was proud of what they served and gave me info on my donuts. 4th generation made my treats today and it showed in your amazing donuts!! We drove over an hour for these treats and it did not disappoint. Worth a stop definitely!!
