We don’t eat pizza often, but Hungry Howies has treated us fairly well. There’s been some misses along the way but our biggest disappointment was the new Chicken and Waffles pizza. After seeing the TV ads, and some online posts showing an amazing looking pizza we decided to give it a try. Wow, not much chicken, tiny diced up waffles, cheese an inch or so from the crust, which had little of the maple sugar that we’d seen on other pies. I think it comes down to each franchise location as to how they construct their pies. Needless to say, I doubt we’ll order another Chicken and Waffles pizza again. Service was good, the order was taken and ready in 10 minutes.

Tried to explain to the manager on the phone that I had ordered a sub over the app and clicked no ranch, add mayo instead, and it must have not went through because there was ranch on the sub and the receipt did not show no ranch, meaning a glitch in the app. I asked if we could bring the sub back and have it replaced with a sub without ranch, since it was a mistake with their app, and I was told no because they made it how it was ordered. My boyfriend was talking to me in the background about what he wanted done with his food since it was his sub, and the manager had hung up on me. I tried to call back again, and she had an attitude with me, refused to replace the sub, and hung up on me AGAIN. Not the first time our food has been wrong or have gotten attitude from a worker. Plenty times and chances, and lots of patience ive had with this place, but in my opinion it's time to finally place a review. Missing toppings, not cooked all the way, attitude from workers and especially the 2 managers, skimping on toppings, all issues we've had with this place and have given it chance after chance... Not to mention you can clearly watch them make your pizzas where their pizza station sits wether your in the parking lot looking into the windows or at the ordering counter and registers, and they NEVER wear gloves when making your food, even when they've just came back in from having a cigarette or taking the trash out...Terrible....

She was amazing and very friendly, and I called back later in the evening to let them know how good of a job they did on our pizza. It was so delicious! I figured they could all use a comment instead of a complaint.

Thankyou very kindly to the gentleman name Dave who found my debit card and did the absolute right thing and gave the card to his boss.
That’s a worker who you can trust and is very honest and I hope that Dave gets some sort of compensation or incentive for doing the right thing.
I as a customer truly appreciate that. It’s good to know there are still honest people out there and for Dave- you deserve something from the higher ups because it shows who you are as a person with morals and values and to me I truly respect that… As well as the job too!!
