Went in today at 9:00 am order two meals got our drinks and about 9:40 server came out and told the 4 tables that their internet was down and they are just doing cash payments. I said I don't have cash and she said I will let them know. They didn't offer to comp meals. I am sure they were done or almost done so those meal just got throw away. Now I totally would have understood if it had happened before our meal were put in. Will not go back!

If that wasn't so bad, I was there waiting for 20 minutes just to get a cold, mediocre product anyway.
The omelet was dry. (That's the BEST way to describe it.) The pancakes were mediocre at best.
Just not a fan of the brand, I suppose. I won't be going back.

I'm definitely not a fan. Had breakfast here with my daughter and was disappointed. Was almost empty and instead of immediately seating us the two girls continued talking to one another for a few minutes before they made their way to seat us, them seated us directly across from other people ( would of been nice to be seated a least a couple seats away) Asked for my egg to be cooked over medium but got overeasy, the hash browns were too damn salty, bacon was hard as a damn rock because it was overcooked and damn near burnt. Probably the only thing I got that couldn't be screwed up was the water. Waitress was ok but I've had better service, not that she wasn't nice or anything just not too engaged with her customers. And the cost of the food was too damn much in my opinion especially when it didn't even taste that great and not made right!

I walked into IHOP at about 4 a.m. ordered coffee and breakfast but the waiter service was not so good food was good probably won't be going back again unfortunately I used to love IHOP 😔 but now my thoughts are not so great hopefully they can pick up this issue work something out to fix the issue with the service

Came here with a big party and they were very accommodating and super fast with our food. We called ahead the day before, and they were super helpful in our informal reservation. On a Sunday morning we were there at a busy hour, but our server, Alexandria S. was super sweet, quick, and understanding. Had a great breakfast here!

We were pleasantly suprised by how good the food/service was. Excellent pumpkin pancakes, highly recommend you get in there this fall! Also, very reasonably priced.
