Horrible service, can’t even get anyone to sit people at tables. When questioned the server says it’s her day off. I didn’t know that when you accept to come in on your day off that’s an excuse. Lost two other people prior to the incident in question. I literally sat in the waiting area 15 mins and didn’t get asked anything. That’s horrible service.

I have been here several times. Every time whether the store is busy or empty you have to wait to be seated and then have an extended wait wait for food. Lord forbid you have a mobile order. You will still wait forever to be treated and then get treated rudely if you ask about your order. Often waiting 20 to 30 minutes past the pick up time!

Were rude and said I couldn’t bring in my drink or my daughter bottle for her milk! Would never go there again and we were the only people in there guess they didn’t want our business we ended up going to Bob Evans and they had no problem with it and they were full of people!

It was ok for an IHOP. I waited way too long for one thing as take out and it wasn’t even busy that morning. Food was great and the staff were friendly. However if the wait time was so long it would have made up for the stale atmosphere.

Well waiting 6 mins the door was chimming 4 or 6 times in a row NO ONE came too great us... But we could hear their loud gossip..so parents and I walked out 2nd time figured we would give more try and Nope!
Waited over an hour for food. Pancakes raw. Only got half our order. Food cold. Probably not ever going to an ihop again. Manager was nice enough to take the pancakes off the bill though. What a joke. Do not go! It was not busy.

don’t recommend going here, food took way to long to come out just to get my order wrong. After fixing it and trying to get the check for our whole table, they put the wrong stuff in each persons check couldn’t fix it. Then said she would fix it and never showed back up. Waited 30 mins to even pay the check. Almost walked out. Server had to call the manager to fix the checks and that was another 10 mins of waiting and we were the only people there. Really bad service.

Worst IHOP experience I have ever had. Never had a bad experience at all IHOP before. Was seated for almost 10 minutes before getting coffee. A couple that came in after we were seated, got their food and was finishing up before we got ours. After 40 minutes of waiting and trying to be patient, the coffee urn was empty and now 2 people that came in after us got their food. Finally the food was dropped off after almost dropping off the wrong order. I had pancakes and wasn't even offered any flavored syrup. Just dropped off the food, tried to apologize and walked away. Half way through eating, an hour or so after arrival, we were finally asked by the manager if everything was ok. That was the only time. As we were getting ready to leave, then they asked if more coffee was wanted. Didn't plan on stopping anywhere, was a decision to stop for a quick bite. An hour and a half later, was back on the road and taking care of business. Will never go back to that IHOP.
