I havenât been there in two years and I finally gave it another shot thinking that itâll be different but this time I ordered the steak and eggs, pancakes, and my husband had Country fries, steak and eggs with waffles when we got our food there was a hair in it. The lady was so nice and polite about it but when we brought it back steak was undercooked and his stuff was nasty so we just sent it back and left but thank you anyways IHOP.

This is the third time Iâve tried this location never again every time has been an absolute crap show placed an order tried to tell the person the order wasnât right got told that it was waited and guess what order wasnât right my pancake order was $12 by itself plus I had another order of pancakes for $10 but my total was $10.58 so apparently the order isnât right but the person taking the order didnât understand that so I just told them to keep their order and left never again and this was my best experience there

Both times Iâve ordered pickup from this location, my app will tell me that the order is completed, so I go in to pick it up, and I end up waiting 15-20 minutes longer. Made an order today at 11:40, said it was completed at 12:05, I went inside at 12:07. I sat in there for 15 minutes when she tells me they are having âissues,â I wait another 10 minutes (25 minutes Iâd been in there waiting at this point) and they finally come back out again and tell us that the grills werenât turning on and they had to restart everything. Why would you say that the order is completed if you havenât even started it yet? This is my only real issue. I work as a server and I understand that things happen, but do better about communication.

Absolutely terrible. Took almost an hour to get the food. I ordered eggs sausage hash browns and an English muffin. The muffin felt like a sponge. They brought the food out on FOUR separate plates. It was a mess. Waitress didnât care and neither did the manager⊠like it was my fault. Poorly run and it wasnât even busy. We frequent IHOP a lot where we live. Never an issue. This one was a huge disappointment.

Horrible service, canât even get anyone to sit people at tables. When questioned the server says itâs her day off. I didnât know that when you accept to come in on your day off thatâs an excuse. Lost two other people prior to the incident in question. I literally sat in the waiting area 15 mins and didnât get asked anything. Thatâs horrible service.
Food is nothing to brag about. Portions are waaaay to small. Great environment nice and clean lobby.

I have been here several times. Every time whether the store is busy or empty you have to wait to be seated and then have an extended wait wait for food. Lord forbid you have a mobile order. You will still wait forever to be treated and then get treated rudely if you ask about your order. Often waiting 20 to 30 minutes past the pick up time!

Were rude and said I couldnât bring in my drink or my daughter bottle for her milk! Would never go there again and we were the only people in there guess they didnât want our business we ended up going to Bob Evans and they had no problem with it and they were full of people!
