Jackson Coffee Co. is hands down the best coffee spot in town. The drinks are always fresh, smooth, and perfectly made. The staff is friendly and quick, and the atmosphere is cozy — perfect for relaxing or catching up with friends. You can tell they care about quality here. Highly recommend!

All the people that work there are so nice and they have such a fun selection of coffee with a rotating menu. Easily the best gem of Jackson!
I really tried to give this place my business for my morning coffee routine, but the coffee is just utterly terrible. They use standard “pump” syrups (gross) and literally you can order the same thing every day (I did) and it’s different each time. There’s zero consistency because there’s different folks working each day. This is NOT a mom & pop local business. The baristas fill you cup half full (what the heck!), which doesn’t matter much because after a few sips I end up throwing it out anyhow. Truly terrible coffee. On the plus side- they are dog friendly and generally friendly humans :-)
