Jackson Coney Island Reviews
I ordered 10 coneys with no onions drive 30 mins home to find they all have onions.. I call back and the manager says well if you want a refund you need to drive back and return them..that is honestly horrible customer service i have been going there weekly for years and if this is the way they going to handle and issue. I will never return and recommend to everyone that I know to try Andy's or one of the other places
The coneys i ordered were 100x better than i expected them to be, they are more than just a coney! the staff were very active on asking me if i needed anything. if i lived in jackson id easily be there twice a week! i am very ecstatic with the overall perfoance!.
Just went in for the first time since Scott took over. Had a great chat with him (have a safe flight Scott). Got me a family box of Coneys and fries and now Im home in bed enjoying them while watching Hocus Pocus. ☺️ the food is the best its ever been.
