long time patron of Jackson Coney I usto drive 3.5 hours one way to eat here..... I live in town and would take the family a couple times a month but took a break for reasons I've been in twice since the new people took over I don't know if they decided to change the recipe or couldn't afford the original recipe but the Coney sauce is very lacking in flavor now it kinda saddens my soul this place was one of the last places in town I could go and feel the same way I did in the 90s as a kid with the family..... Virginia went to crap years ago you guys were all I had left for feel good food in this town ðŸ˜
The surface was great. The waitress really keep my coffee full. The food was delicious. I recommend coming to Jackson. Coney island for cones and for breakfast.

I was just just there this morning and have to say I will be back service was great food was good
My first time having Jackson Coney Island, didn’t really know what to expect because I never had a coney
before. I thought it would be more like a chili cheese dog, but I was wrong. The food was yummy and tasteful a bit expensive for hotdogs if you ask me, but overall that atmosphere was nice the service was great.
Kid-friendliness: If your kids are older, it’s a bit nicer to go in and sit down otherwise I would suggest just grabbing your hotdogs to go
Wheelchair accessibility: Not a huge building it’s a smaller atmosphere. You could probably get in with a wheelchair, but don’t hold your breath if it’s packed and busy.

I was in the mood for some real coney islands. Hands down thee best! There was so much meat and onions on the three dogs that the bun was 3" across. Don't try to eat them in your car. You'll make a mess. By the way, it's okay if you have to use a fork and a knife because you'll have a difficult time wrapping your mouth around these babies! A great job to the crew!

Honestly I haven’t been to Jackson Coney Island in a while. Watched the new owners videos online and decided to stop in and order. Never thought I would say this being that I’ve always favored other local coney islands in Jackson ever since I was a kid. But I can say this without a doubt, Jackson Coney Island has the best coney in Jackson For the first time in my life. Looking forward to enjoying the parlor when it reopens under this new owner.
I visited this Coney restaurant recently after noticing new owners and was eager to support a local business. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with my meal. The coneys were so greasy that the bun was actually orange and soggy from all the oil. The onions had a strange, off-putting brown color, and I have no idea what they were cooked in, but it didn’t taste good at all. To top it off, the hot dog itself was burnt, leaving it with a tough, rubbery texture that was hard to eat.
And to add insult to injury, the order of fries I received was so small it felt like an afterthought—definitely not worth the price.
I’ve included photos to show just how greasy and unappetizing the food was. I really wanted to like this place, but the food quality was just not up to par. I won’t be returning and won’t recommend it to others. I hope the new owners take this feedback seriously and make improvements.
