I miss the days the average family could come and enjoy an open lane of bowling. My son's birthday today and all he wanted was to go bowling but of course all they're worried about is the tournaments/leagues. Doesn't matter if it's a week day or weekend. Last 5 TIMES we have tried they said they had no bowling due to leagues. How about saving a few first come first serve lanes for the average people that work all week and would like to bowl to let some steam off? Literally every time I call. Basically have to give up on this place. As long as the leagues are paying them they don't care about the families anymore. Save your money and go elsewhere. You'll be turned away anyways. I'm sure they will respond to this review pretending they care and apologetic which is just empty words to try to look better to the people reading these reviews. All empty words. Go back to your roots and think about the families who would like to have a family bowling night rather than just the money in your pockets from the leagues. The only availability every day is after 10pm which is unfair to families with children. Do better.

Good lanes alright food and drinks, but never have lanes available for regular folks between the leagues and schools unless you come at 10pm-11pm

Walked in to 50% capacity and said we had to go online to get a lane Totality crap operation. Need to get rid of the online bullshit.

This was our first and most likely last time as a patron of Jax 60. We spent our New Year's evening with our 4 children (1st event) here and really wasn't impressed. All around it really wasn't a good experience. We arrived, got checked in and received our shoes. The package included party favors, 2 pizza(cold Little Cesears by the time the event started) unlimited pop ( which smelt and tasted like rotten eggs, which they acknowledged was from their water) , they advertised an abundance of door prizes which they didn't give out. The womens bathroom was disgusting, the sink was out of order so you couldn't wash your hands. The entire evening was a complete disappointment. 1000% would have saved my 110 dollars and stayed at home. Which stinks because we all were super excited about making this a NYE tradition .

Havent been bowling in years. Took my 8 year old here and it was a blast. Nice set up with the auto bumpers for the kid. They lowered when it was my turn.
