Order my food wait the 30 min got to pick it up wait in line another 15 min just to be told ot will be another 15min and then given attitude when try to explain my frustration

The Popcorn Buffalo Ranch Chicken pizza arrived extremely dry & almost completely bread only when it came to freshness, an extreme lack of sauce making it literally inedible after it was cooked. Not to mention the portion was also only 4 slices for over $20 after taxes! Not worth the value at all. Even the Side of Pizza Dipping Sauce I ordered could not save the pizza and make it edible. Jet's Pizza used to be one of the best go-to pizza chains, but in recent years they clearly only care more about money and LESS about quality. Charging ridiculously HIGH prices for LESS portions, sauce (if any at all!), and terrible DRY quality when it arrives. I cannot in good faith recommend this chain to anyone anymore, it has clearly fell off & no longer cares about the quality of service they once provided.

The worst experience I've ever had ordering pizza!! Ordered online said 25 mins. Arrived at the store waited in line for 20 mins just to be told it would be another 20 mins. Told wait time after ordering was 1.5 hrs for pizza. Ask to speak with a manager and that never happened she wouldn't come out. Got home with the pizza and needless to say wasn't great either. I can honestly say I wont go back to this location!

When they say 25 minutes for pick upwhat they really mean is an hour with no apology or reason. I call and speak to the manager she tells me that I can have a free 2 liter for my inconvenience which I decline and say to just refund my money and which she responds if she can find the receipt. What a joke

I’ve ordered from this location 5–6 times and never once received my order correctly. Friday’s order was the last straw: my pizza was cold, my turbo crust was missing, my salad had olives despite ordering none, and my cinnamon stick reward never came. Staff said the salad would be ready in 10 minutes… it wasn’t. $70 for cold, wrong food is unacceptable. I’ve been a long-time Jet’s fan, but I’m done with this location.

James and Kayla are awesome employees, I also wanted to take the time to let people know that jets pizza Has consistently been the same in quality product, I have tried a lot of different pizza; Options in my area and jets has always proven to come back consistently with high-quality product and Service.

I ordered a pizza at 12:30, thinking i would have a slice before work and take the rest with me for lunch. Jokes on me because the eta was 1:26 which I was fine with. The time hit 1:40 so i called to check on it and was told it just came out of the oven and the driver would be on his way in a few minutes. So i waited, got ready for work and it hit 2pm and i had 20 minutes before i had to leave for work. Figured worse case scenario i would just eat a slice on my way to work instead, better than nothing. 2:10pm hit and i called to check on it again and let the person know i had to leave for work in about 10 minutes and she told me he should have been there already but should be there any minute, i sat in my driveway for 10 more minutes and the pizza never showed up. I called to have it refunded and was given a credit of $10. I was fine with that. Until I look out on my front porch the next day to see that the driver apparently left the pizza still. An animal got into my front porch and dragged the whole thing everywhere. Pizza sauce, crumbs, toppings, all over the place. I was so confused because I thought it wasn’t suppose to just be left behind without someone receiving it. I’m very displeased will probably never order from this location again.

Ordered an aloha BBQ pizza and ended up spending an hour in the store waiting for my food, watching as people came in after me get their food in seconds to minutes, just for my order to be sat in their finished order shelf with a crumpled ball of a receipt on top. No check in while I sat there waiting, no apology for the wait time/inconvenience, with a cold pizza to show for it. While I understand things can happen, this was absolutely unacceptable and terrible customer service.

ordered Turbo crust - the pizza is not good without it- once again we get our order and it does NOT have Turbo crust on it - not sure why you have the option to order Turbo crust if they cannot remember to put it on - very disappointing - how do we actually get Turbo crust when we order it??
