James and Kayla are awesome employees, I also wanted to take the time to let people know that jets pizza Has consistently been the same in quality product, I have tried a lot of different pizza; Options in my area and jets has always proven to come back consistently with high-quality product and Service.
ordered Turbo crust - the pizza is not good without it- once again we get our order and it does NOT have Turbo crust on it - not sure why you have the option to order Turbo crust if they cannot remember to put it on - very disappointing - how do we actually get Turbo crust when we order it??
The last few times we ordered Jets to pickup after work, it has been a pretty lengthy wait when we got there. There's no lack of employees. There are always 6-10 people working on the pizzas and boxing and the front desk. It just seems to take a bit of time to get your order and it's a pretty cramped space to wait inside.
