I had a pretty frustrating experience with staff at this specific location.
Food was fine, but staff need coaching on how to not selectively treat customers differently.
Will very likely not return to this JJ location.

I love jimmy johns but the service at this one is any thing but freaky fast. At least 6 workers standing around tonight having a coversation, instrad of making my one sandwich. Definitely didn't used to be like this at this location

The jimmy John’s rules are they do not accept USA currency higher then 20 dollar bill. So if you spend 30 on a two sub meal and pay with a 50 they will refuse service because of this non posted rule. What blank kind of messed up business is that. So they are so successful as a company they turn away customers who spend 30 and try to pay with 50 dollar bill .i will not eat in any jimi johns restaurant again. Can’t wait till jersey mikes is in jackson they accept USA currency. And are very happy to do so. And they also got our order wrong and gave us a lesson on being rude.

Ordered two sandwiches, and one (a Vito) had only lettuce, tomato, and dressing (no meat and cheese). Did not realize until we were too far away to do anything about it. Very disappointing, hopefully this is not a regular occurrence at this location.
