Went inside to get 3 subs. Took 25 MINUTES for our order. The manager was busy talking to random customers for 5 minutes (not taking an order) no subs being made. one of our subs is missing tomatoes and hot peppers. If it’s going to take 25 minutes for an order at least make it right.

Came to jimmy John’s for a quick dinner and ordered 2 meals through the drive thru. The person taking our order said they couldn’t hear us and to pull up to the window. We then tell them again we want 2 meals and they only rang us up for sandwiches. Can’t even listen to a customer long enough to get an order right? And then she sat there texting on her phone in front of the window. Customer service here sucks!!!

Do NOT go to this location’s drive through unless 1. You are prepared to wait for 30 minutes while being ignored 2. You like to be screamed at and almost assaulted by their team member while you were talking to a young manager who was about to cry.

I ordered two #5 no substitutions and two drinks. I paid for my drive through order and drove up. After getting our drinks, we waited while cars piled up behind us only to give up and drive away. We would have driven away but we had already paid. After 20 minutes, I tried getting the attention of their team member who refused to come near the window or look over that way and was chatting and laughing with colleagues. After 30 minutes and noone coming to check or even looking over at the window, I called the store and asked to speak to the manager. A very you lady came to the window and I said I was happy to pay for my drinks but it has been 30 minutes and we would like to cancel our order. The manager said they were really busy and there was nothing she could do and the order was almost out. I explained I did not wish to continue and that I did understand but keeping communication open with customers was important and that I had been ignored while the team member who waited on me chatted and laughed with her colleagues. At this point the team member who had come and stood behind the manager was laughing as I was talking and she pushed the manager out of the way, stuck her head and arm out of the drive through to yell at me then slammed the metal and glass doors closed in my face. The manager opened the door back up and I addressed the team mate who had nearly assaulted me saying that her behavior was uncalled for and that I was not raising my voice to her and I asked her to do the same. She said she could do whatever she wanted because I said she was laughing and that could get her fired. The young manager was about to cry. I asked for a other manager or a corporate number or for when another manager could be in and was refused to be given any information except that the store manager comes in on Tuesday morning.

I will never be frequenting this restaurant as I genuinely feared for my safety from this team member who was out of control and resorted to physical violence

This was the absolute fasted i have ever received food, i didn’t even have time to fill my drink before my food was done, Gracen did amazing with service and speed and my food came out great too!

Ordered 6 sandwhiches through the drive through, pretty easy with only 1 modification if any on them. The kid at the drive through made me repeat myself separate three times to clarify my order - indicating they weren’t even listening at all. They missed an entire sandwhich on my bill & in my bag, when I already waited over 10 minutes in the drive through line. I had to come inside and order AGAIN and wait another 10+ minutes inside as well. Lastly, the business had the audacity to ask me to tip. LOL. It seems this establishment is run by high school kids that don’t take it too seriously. I understand it was a busy time of day, but they had at least 7 employees in there and it was NOT freaky fast!!

Jimmy John's sandwiches are good but they're just a little too expensive. need to consider having better deals when it comes to their 12-18 inch sandwiches.

This location has a drive thru, however I placed my order inside. Someone was ready to take my order right away. Service was quick considering the drive through was busy. Inside was quiet rather quiet.

I had a pretty frustrating experience with staff at this specific location.

Food was fine, but staff need coaching on how to not selectively treat customers differently.

I love jimmy johns but the service at this one is any thing but freaky fast. At least 6 workers standing around tonight having a coversation, instrad of making my one sandwich. Definitely didn't used to be like this at this location
