The people are friendly but the self serve breakfast pizza is nasty it is completley dried out and the eggs are hared enough to break a tooth. Nearly every day it has sat for too long under heat lamp. I mentioned to the employees multiple times to no avail.

I don't know why they offer pizza when they are out of toppings on a regular basis. They used to be pretty good. On 7/26/24 I tried to place an order for a BBQ chicken pizza. They were out of chicken so I ordered a ham, pineapple and onion pizza. I picked the pizza up and it was halfway cooked. The dough on bottom was still dough. No joke, I had to throw it in my oven for another 20 minutes. I called again on 8/3/24 around 1pm to ask if they had the ingredents to make a BBQ chicken pizza they said they did. So I called back around 4pm and they were out of one of the toppings again. It's unfortunate. About the only pizza you can order is a ham and mushroom. Another decent pizza place down the drain. Attached, is an image of a ham and mushroom pizza I ordered not long ago. They just threw it together tossed in a box without a care. Sad.

Ordered a breakfast pizza this morning for my team at work. I must say that the service and food was amazing. In the 3 minutes it took to pay for my order and leave, I was absolutely blown away by how great the staff here operates and treats their customers. You can't get service this welcoming in ANY restaurant in Jackson, and the pizza was soooo good! Thank you all down there at Kelly Express Mart!!!

I used to stop in once a week and grab two slices of pizza around 4pm. But the last few months the only slices they offer are cheese or pepperoni. They used to have a little variety. Also, I ordered a ham, mushroom and onion pizza it came to $17 and was a very disappointing.

I frequent Cali Xpress daily oh, I enjoy the rewards system several times a week. On this visit however I got gas prepaid at the pump. Before I started the pump asked me if I wanted to use my $1.62, I pressed no. I went into the store to obtain my Arizona Tea as always but the points would go through. This has happened to me once before and the points will still be there. My biggest issue is that employees were willing to pay for my drink because I didn't have any other money. Somebody who makes 10 to 20,000 a year at a gas station should not have to be put in that situation. For a company that brought in 54 Million last year I was just disappointed that your employees was not a tool to be able to fix your situation. Do better your point system straightened out
