Absolutely the slowest service I've ever experienced. Almost an hour and I'm still waiting on food. Don't recommend this one.

I love the food but whoever answers the phone they need to answer it with kindness the lady was very rude she didn't even say thank you for calling she didn't even say goodbye she just hung up the phone in my face I don't think that is professional at all and her customer service sucks this is on Monroe Street Jackson Michigan if this happens again I will take my business elsewhere this lady always has a nasty attitude I believe she is a manager

Waited ten minutes for one of the lazy female dogs to finally come up to take my order and they didn’t even have any pot pies. Which is all I went in for. So waited around for nothing bc of their terrible service!!! Garbage location

2nd time in a row now the lunch service staff dont want to take orders at the counter. Lady comes up, says somebody will be with u after asking if we had pre ordered, then waited 20 minutes, still couldnt place an order. They weren't busy really, 2 cars in the drive thru that were still there when we left, 4-5 employees on shift all moving like their grandma just died. 0 customer service, 0 hustle.

Did drive through. Got 16 pc bucket with 4 lg sides & biscuits & paid for another lg side. Drive away to realize there was only chicken & biscuits. Went back for sides. Got home and still missing the lg side I paid extra for.

This KFC was a cut above others! The food was hot and fresh, the building was clean and the staff was good.
You said your are open until 10 pm. I rode my bicycle up here because of your word. Your word is a lie!!! I know you got excuses yet all you have to do is tell the truth!!! NO WALK INS AFTER 9 PM. See easy pizy. I wouldn't have rode 1.5 miles to get here LIARS!!!

The chicken tasted ok, just falling apart and squished in a box, not the bucket. The biscuits were squished as well. Last time I came it was all good. This time, not so much 🤔

Wow! Stopped in there at a non busy time, we walked into workers swearing and yelling at one another. We stood there for 10min before someone acknowledged us, and said l'll be with you in a minute, stood there for another 5m while all the workers were working the drive thru, while waiting several other customers walked in, finally l said let's go. The place was filthy!! The employees were rude and kept swearing, unbelievable. We went to chick fil A. It was night and day. Whomever manages KFC, at Monroe St isn't doing that place and favors. We will never go back.

the girl working the drive thru was extremely rude. they don't serve sandwiches are like 8pm, which is not posted anywhere. we asked a question and she snapped back with a very rude answer. as we drove off she looked at the window and laughed. very rude and very unprofessional. day time staff are so much nicer !!
