If I could give this place NO stars, I would. Service was awful. The girls working drive thru were so rude. I was going to ask for sauces, she said "Tell us at the window" We pull up, she takes our card, doesn't say anything, when she opened the window again, she just shoved our food at us. Didn't even give me a chance to tell her what sauces we wanted. Another girl opened the window, and said, "Did you need something?" It was just a terrible experience. They obviously are not meant for customer service. The food also matched their attitudes. Will never go back, and hopefully no one else does either.

i just went through the drive through about 20 minutes ago and i got a 5 piece chicken tender meal and when i got home low and behold i only had 4 pieces so maybe train people to count before hiring them

I went through the drive-thru and I specifically asked for my order when I had to go back through the drive-thru just to get my son some milk and they want me to bring back the whole meal and they close at 9:00 she was very rude who answered the phone very unprofessional and wanted to argue with a customer a customers are always right and if you looked at this meal would you eat it cold and old chicken p you guys want to serve this but I guarantee you guys won't even eat it while you guys are working there very disrespectful very rude you lost my service KFC never used to be this terrible

The last 3 times I have purchased KFC the mobile app is not accepting orders. 3 different locations. Why even have an app when none of the locations take online orders? I also think its ridiculous that I am not able to earn points unless I use the mobile app which I can't do at any of these locations. Yesterday I had a horrible experience in Jackson MI after I ordered over $110 in food. The customer service there was terrible and I was told they no longer do online orders yet one of the meals I wanted to order was an "ONLINE ONLY" meal. I asked the cashier how I am supposed to earn points when I can't use the mobile app. She had no idea. Then after my order was complete she didn't say a word to me and went to the next person. Never provided any sauce, butter, or honey....Then acted rude when I waited there for the items.

Food is halfway cooked. Called to let them know to cook it longer for others and they ask if I want a new biscuit. My "extra crispy" chicken was soggy too. Literal grease pockets for drumsticks. Nobody wants more undercooked food after y'all already messed it up the first time. This place is trash because y'all can't prepare the food right. And to top it off the woman at the drive-thru acting like she can't respond to someone when they say thank you. Like what's your problem? Sorry you work at KFC but you chose your job. Y'all crappy attitudes, service, and bad food gon be the reason ain't no KFC open in Jackson soon.
