KFC is wonderful over on the east side off of east michigan Avenue. I couldn't ask for a better establishment with the best workers. They work hard and on point.

Food was consistent for KFC, but the drive through attendant was rude enough we won't go back workers seemed anxious and slightly off. Caused concern others in my party. Given price point and service will try anotherchockenplace next time. Sorry coronel sanders. It's been good 50 year run.

Chicken nuggets My wife got were dried out and dinky for over 8 dollars.my wife took them up and showed and gave her another one was the same with only 7 in it. Will be going to Popeyes for now on 8 dollars for a kids meal for a adult is sad

Absolutely crap quality food. Got nuggets full of gristle. And gave me a tiny little piece and counted it as one of my 8 pieces. The biscuit was smashed in the box. The pie bites were cold and tasted old. And the fries were green ?? Why??

At some point this place wasn't doing it KFC way but I stopped in recently and they're back on track excellent KFC food every single time and I'm very happy about it

Cashier brought food to table. But its getting expensive.. Small sides are 3.99. Lunch cost me almostb15 bucks for food that was on the 5 dollar menu just a few years back. I can eat at Texas roadhouse or Applebee's for the same amount

Ordered original recipe and got myself some extra crispy chicken. Hard to eat when you don't have any teeth and you're using false teeth and you're old. Maybe next time if I come they can do better

Never again. The chicken strips were dried out and hard. Couldn't get extra crispy. Didn't have any coleslaw at all. Mashed potatoes were dry and lumpy. Pepsi was flat and no ice. Everything we ordered was horrible. I went through drive through and had to pull ahead to wait for meals and I wait 15 minutes for them to bring it out. Every time I've gone there in the past 8 months I've been highly disappointed. The only reason I've given 1 star is because the staff understood may disappointment and were friendly and apologetic.
Went in order 16 piece tender meal received a bucket with legs and a bucket with four tenders and biscuits on top tried calling several times no answer

Sadly KFC chicken doesn't taste the same like it used to. apparently what ever they add to it right now, seems to make the chicken taste soggy these days

This location is much better after the remodel. Like many other fast food restaurants, sometimes they are shortstaffed and have a hard time keeping up on a few items. The food is always as you would expect. Good.

I ordered the 14 piece chicken meal and it was dry and tasted like it had been sitting there all day and the gravy spilled out all over the bag cause they didn’t put the lid on all the way. They didn’t even put any butter or honey in the bag for the biscuits or napkins either.
