I ordered the 14 piece chicken meal and it was dry and tasted like it had been sitting there all day and the gravy spilled out all over the bag cause they didn’t put the lid on all the way. They didn’t even put any butter or honey in the bag for the biscuits or napkins either.

Staff was friendly but unprofessional. Employees not in uniform came in like a customer and helped themselves to the food without washing their hands. They were dressed in sweatpants and a hoodie with their long hair hanging over the food to be served. The cashier was untrained and couldn’t get it right. The food was not fresh. I regret spending the money. Very disappointed with every visit.

This place has become such a disgusting restaurant.. I'm more than one occasion I've come in here and got burnt chicken or dry chicken not worth eating. Let me tell you about today 9/20/24 I ordered original recipe four-piece combo.. I got extra crispy for peace combo... And I had touched and squeezed the chicken it looked like original chicken.. So I took it back to the counter The young man did exchange my order.. EXCEPT HE PUT THOSE FOUR PIECES OF EXTRA CRISPY I'M JUST GOING TO SAY NASTY CHICKEN.. (THAT I TOUCHED) BACK IN THE WARMER.. WHEN I QUESTIONED IT.. AND I ASKED HIM ARE YOU FOOD SAFE SERVE CERTIFIED HE LOOKED AT ME AND SAID WHAT IS THAT!!! WHEN I CALLED 800 NUMBER TO COMPLAIN.. SHE HAD NO IDEA WHAT THAT WAS...( FOOD SAFE CERTIFIED) So I would be careful if you intend to eat at KFC on Michigan avenue... I learned my lesson
