Placed an order for pickup (btw the items I ordered are “online only”, you can’t order them in person at the restaurant, I have tried) and upon arrival when my order is “completed” I get told they are out of nuggets and they can’t give me my food. Was told to cancel the order online, when I ask how, get told “well, I don’t know”. No apology or even asking for a substitute menu choice (which I would fully oblige). So now I’m out $10 with no food. The rest of my order that I paid for wasn’t even an option apparently.Why not just cancel my order when I arrive if you can’t make it, or make me some different food. Was there around 7pm today. Awful experience. Rude employees with bad customer service. Ordered through the app, was ignored for 15 min until asked what I needed. Turns out they couldn’t make my order because they didn’t have the popcorn chicken and didn’t offer another option. Told me to call customer service for a refund. While doing so, the gentleman at the register was rude to me and very unhelpful. Will not be going back.

Was inside and ignored so went through the drive through and spent over 30 minutes in the drive through 10 minutes inside, not very happy. May not come back, will thy down town.

Customer service is horrible don't order a brownie they serve it straight from the walk in freezer asked if they did the same in drive thru and they said yes if you order online still expect a 15-20 min wait after ready time just an all around horrible experience called corporate waited 10 mins talked to one person to be transferred and wait another 5 mins this is the first place in 36 years to complain to anyone will not ever order from here again

The chicken and sides just aren't the same! The chicken isn't cooked thoroughly and the sides except the mashed potatoes and gravy are gross. This used to be a go-to for good chicken and sides. The biscuits were even dry.

My favorite location to spend 20 minutes in the drive through line only to find out they don't have anything except for side dishes (or potatoes depending on the day), and another 30 minutes for the sole employee, overwhelmed and certainly underpaid, graciously slaps together an ad hoc chicken bowl while the four Ford f-150s idling in front of me release enough carbon emissions to ensure that my meal ends up being 0.47 degrees warmer than it otherwise would have been by the time I arrived home ???????? What an amazing and efficient system
