Klavon's Pizzeria & Pub

Klavons in Jackson has the nicest and most caring staff and management. Our car broke down in the parking lot and while we figured out what to do we ate inside. The food was delicious and the staff very friendly. My daughter was feeling unwell so we were sitting outside figuring out what to do and a member of the staff getting on shift brought us all ice water to stay cool. She also offered for us to sit in the lobby in the ac. Soon after, the manager and his son came out to check on us. He told us to come inside and get the kids out of the heat and we were welcome to stay until we get situated and get a ride. The staff got us a table and checked in on us often. I highly recommend this place not only for the delicious food, but for the genuine care of the staff. A million thank yous again to the Jackson staff for your hospitality!

Fabulous food and service. The restaurant is always FREEZING so it's unpleasant to sit there, and food gets cold fast due to fans blowing cold air.

Klavon's is our go-to for pizza in the area. The rest don't compare. We probably go twice a month and always get the create your own Detroit style. Absolutely love it. The consistency is exceptional and we have never had a bad meal or bad server. Simply outstanding all the way around.

It's always a good time at Klavon's. In all the times we have been there, we have never had a bad meal. Don't ever cheapen your ingredients as they are spot on. Also, I believe our waitress' name was Marissa (spelling ?). She was outstanding! So very personable and attentive to us. If you see her tell her Jim and Joy from last night (in the booth with the birthday boy) said hello and that she was awesome. Thank you!

Typically the service and food is great but the last 2 times the wait time for our food has been a bit ridiculous. An hour wait for food isn't standard because we typically order the same things, last night was atrocious an hour for our food after being told it would only be a few more minutes about 4 times. Our kids had already gotten their food and finished their meals before ours was even brought out to us, at that point we had them just box it up because I wasn't about to force my 5 and 6 year old to just sit there while we ate and it was pushing 9pm, our reservation was for 8. This was the 2nd time this has happened in less than a month, I'm not sure what exactly the disconnect is between the servers and kitchen crew but something is going on there and I'm not impressed. 3 tables who were sat after us with similar size reservations or larger had their food long before us as well, someone needs to look at how things are communicated between the 2 areas causing such a large gap on when people get their food who order and are seated before other tables and the timing those tables order food and get their dishes brought out. I felt so bad for our server because the poor kid was literally just stuck in the middle not understanding himself what was actually taking so long with our food. The server was fantastic, he was super friendly, it was everything else that was literally terrible.

Food and service is always top notch. I love that I can get in line and know when it's my turn.

Everything was great, we enjoyed our evening with great food and drinks. We took our daughter and son in-law out for her birthday and had a wonderful time!

Hands down the best pizza around! Service is always quick, and the waitresses are very friendly and accommodating.

Best pizza i have had in a long time!! Very upscale pizza joint and highly recommend. Ashley was provided incredible service and Chuckie the host seated us quickly and an absolute pizza.

The options for pizzas here are endless! It's a large restaurant and is always a buzz with patrons. Be prepared for a wait, and know that the wait is worth it!
The staff is always attentive, fun, and knowledgeable. The adult drink menus are versatile and will have something for everyone.
Personal favs are cheese bread, Detroit style crust, and meatballs, coming back for the Chicago style next.
