They clearly don’t pay their employees enough to care. If you like getting quoted 15 minutes and then waiting an hour for pizza, this is the place for you. We usually go to the one across town and we definitely won’t be making the mistake of ordering at this location again. If there was a 0 star option they deserve it.

I’ve lived in Jackson my whole life and I’ve lived on Dwight Street for over 10 years and this place by far has the worst pizza worst Customer Service you’ve ever seen. It’s ran by 16-year-olds and they don’t even know how to cook the pizza all the way and his is the standard even if u pre order the pizza isn’t even cooked enough to hold the toppings by for this place provides the worst pizza and service experience in Jackson they should be shut down

Ordered two cheese pizzas for the kids. Got one cheese pizza and this. They gave me their crew pie. A half cheese bread half pepperoni pizza. Asked for a refund on the 7 dollar pizza and a new one because I have to drive back up there. Manager told me no, that I can get a refund or my pizza. Why is your mess up supposed to be my inconvenience? This review happened over 7 dollars. Run your store right.

Pretzel crust pizza is not a pretzel crust pizza. Been on hold for 10 minutes so far. And the bite i took was actually good. But this is the 2nd time in a row I did not get what I ordered.
Update: had to call corporate to get this addressed. However i won't have a pizza remade or refund tonight
I placed an order this evening and didn't get the pizza I thought I ordered. I called the company and spoke to the manager Heidi. She informed me I placed the order wrong when ordering online, but even though it was completely my fault, she replaced the pizza for me at no charge. Not only did she do that, but she personally made the pizza and it was the best pizza my family has ever had. I know this place doesn't always get the best reviews but they are definitely stepping it up and Heidi is a great manager.
