Pretzel crust pizza is not a pretzel crust pizza. Been on hold for 10 minutes so far. And the bite i took was actually good. But this is the 2nd time in a row I did not get what I ordered.
Update: had to call corporate to get this addressed. However i won't have a pizza remade or refund tonight

I placed an order this evening and didn't get the pizza I thought I ordered. I called the company and spoke to the manager Heidi. She informed me I placed the order wrong when ordering online, but even though it was completely my fault, she replaced the pizza for me at no charge. Not only did she do that, but she personally made the pizza and it was the best pizza my family has ever had. I know this place doesn't always get the best reviews but they are definitely stepping it up and Heidi is a great manager.

I would give you guys a rating of 0 stars. What they're today to get food. Order the pizza is ice code. Then they didn't tell me the price until I got up to the window.Very disrespectful and rude.Will not be back to the east side pizza place

I am a regular at this store and I doordash a simple order of some bacon cheese crazy puffs and a stuffed crust pizza and they gave me the wrong order and when I called they said they can't do anything about it... even thought they HANDED THE WRONG FOOD OUT. So now I paid almost 30 bucks for some crazy puffs. I would not recommend going to this little ceasars... it seems like the staff and customer service just doesn't exist here
Seems like they just don't care about your business pizzas are starting to be consistently undercooked. Also, why are their prices higher than the Little Ceasars in front of Jax60?

Went to this location today at 11am they already had hot fresh pizzas ready to go and crazy bread Best made Little Ceasers we have tried in Jackson cheese pull and everything even on a hot and ready we will be back thank you for great food bright and early today ☺️
Might as well throw my hat into this ring. Worst little ceasers by far. Service is ok but pizza is awful. I’ve had three occasions where it’s a grease party, the crust is so flimsy and thin it might as well not be there and the bread is dryer than dry. If you love a flimsy slimy ass pizza come here.
