I had a weird experience the last time I was here. The pizza was fine and all, but I waited ages in the drive thru with a guy in front of me. I couldn't tell if anyone was talking to him or not. But he sat there for a long time, got all pissed off, parked, and then power-walked his way toward the lobby. When I pulled up to the speaker, I was promptly helped and received my order quickly. So I don't know what the heck was up with that. The person at the window was super polite, though. 5 stars for her.

It's really sorta hit and mostly miss at this location. They never have cheese pizza ready before 4, which would be fine if I didn't have to wait 20 to 30 minutes for it to be dry and stale like they pulled 2 day old pizza out of the fridge and microwaved it. Sometimes, the workers are nice, but mostly just kids who hate that they have to have a job and it shows in attitude and products. The bread sticks are alright if you order them fresh and actually get them fresh. Unfortunately, not many people who work there know what fresh means food wise.

we showed up to get a bite for dinner and there was one teenager running the whole operation and we stood there for a really long time before feeling sorry for the boy but not for the owner

Thanks for not cutting my pizza and making me wait an extra hour for my food Who gives out old pizza with a half way fresh order yuck will not be back this place does have nice sauce sucks the employees are the ones that make it a crappy place to go

I was over charged for my order due to name mix up. Never received a refund for the price difference. The cashier got a manager who did nothing. The cashier then came back 3 separate times asking me to pay for the food that I actually ordered after I had already paid extra for and order that wasn't even mine. I asked for a refund and received a void recently and no refund.

The pepperoni lunch combo i got yesterday was straight trash. That's my usual order so i know how it's supposed to be made, and usually they do a good job but whoever made mine today did not know or care what they were doing. Guy at the drive through was chill though!

Came to drive thru at 5:50 to order thin crust pizza. Was told they don't have it ok so are u saying u don't carry it or have do I get it. ( it suppose to be available from 4- 8carry out so I had to order it then they charged me 15.$ for a 8 pizza cause I ordered extra sauce half pepperoni. Then had to wait 25 mins pizza was burned . Poor service lady came maybe manager no bra on Michigan state shirt pj pants on no hair net mad. Cause I wanted my money back. I want the store manager or district manager to contact me please.
