we sat in line over 25 minutes. I would have gotten out of line but they already took my order. I get a pizza takes 8 to make. but there was 1 car in front of us. if you know hot and ready sell why not have them pre-made? I then had to pull out of the parking left (making a left which isn't easy) to get back in line because the pizza wasn't even ready after a 30 minute wait and they wanted us to get back in line. zero stars wouldn't recommend.
I ordered 2 pizzas over the phone at 6:30p tonight. I was told it would be 20-25 minutes. I went to the store and sat in the parking lot until 6:50p. I paid for my pizzas at the drive-thru window and was told to pull over and my pizza would be out in a couple minutes. At 7:20p I went in and asked about my pizzas. I was told that they hadn't been put in the oven so I would have to wait an additional "couple minutes." My pizzas came out to my car at 7:23p - a full 53 minutes...read full review
