Order 3 pizzas and all 3 were doughy and undercooked…some slices were super thin and others were really thick on our 3 meat pizza. Should have known when our order was done well before the estimated time. First time ordering a Philly cheesesteak pizza from Pizza Hut, just wanted something different, there was so much sauce we couldn’t even pick a slice up, everything slide off. We tried removing the pizza slice by slice to add to a pan and put in our oven to cook more and the whole pizza fell apart and was stuck to the box. $15 for a pizza we couldn’t even enjoy. Whoever made the pizza, had no common sense or was just plain careless when adding the sauce for the pizza, there was SO much it looked gross and puddled towards the middle causing all pieces to be super soggy. Was going to add a picture of the pizza but we got mad and threw it away before thinking of writing a review. We took a photo of the torn box though.

My husband ordered food for our family because most of our family is sick with Flu B. The food was delivered through Door Dash. The pizzas we ordered were wrong. We called the store to ask about me driving up to the store to replace the incorrectly made pizzas. They said it is the responsibility of Door Dash to ensure the food is correct before it is delivered. When did it become the responsibility of the delivery service to check the food before it leaves the store? Why is it so hard to have your employees check that the food is correct before leaving your store to ensure that it has been made correctly?

Ordered online and the lobby was closed at 530 p.m. had to wait it drive-thru for the food and that took half hour I was in hurry why I ordered online had a code to go inside and get it but the lobby was closed there was someone's boyfriend that was able go Inside but nobody else could why give a code to get u food if the lobby is closed and u weren't able to go In to pick it up.

Wonderful Jay waited on me and she was absolutely the sweetest and kind and helpful! Definitely will go back I ordered a deep dish pizza it was delicious!

It's exactly what you expect from Lil Caesars. Fast, hot and reasonably priced. Easy drive thru, nice little lobby with a couple of tables if you want to wait for an order or eat.

Went through the drive through had a hot and ready and cheese steak cheese puffs ready already when I pulled around to pay it was after 9:30 very impressed didn't have to wait ✌️

I ordered 4 pizzas and bread sticks, I was charged and got nothing, they told me it's not they're problem it's doordash, they delivery the food, I paid for no food. I only posted a star because Google made have too. Zero stars
