The person in the Little Caeser's printed button up, Felix (I think that's the name) was a wonderful help, perfect customer service and even brought the food out to us even though we were fine coming in to pick it up. Give this person a RAISE because the service was on point. Only location in Jackson I'll be going to by far purely because of them!

It's a Friday nite 25/03/21, around 7:45, when I walked in. They were pretty busy from my view point, I get it, it's late and close to closing. Had to wait around maybe 15 minutes for a thin crust supreme and a classic peperoni. I'm guessing there were several orders ahead of mine looking around. I think they did a good job handling it. They threw in a desert treat for my wait and apologized! BTW, the pizzas tasted great!

Everything was okay except they closed the lobby a little early. The line through the drive-thru was a little long so I had to wait a minute.

Parking: Drive-thru can be long at dinnertime.
