I just love it here. You never have to wait, you're right in immediately. It's not just the best food, it's the best customer experience. The staff here is so friendly it's one of the few places I know them by name. I've been going here for years, never had an issue. Ricardo is AWESOME. He'll come over, refill your drink, chips, salsa, joke with you and make sure he fully understands your order, asking questions you didn't even think of answering. He's great at his job, absolutely worth more money than whatever they could possibly be paying him. His attitude is infectious. Everyone will be smiling by the end of the meal and that's FACTS. Tip your people well, because they'll look after you the whole meal!!

ordered takeout fajitas, got them home, no tortillas. opened up the fajitas container, saw a large clump of red bell pepper, broke it apart with my fork. turned out to be tomatoes, not peppers. really gross, used tomatoes. like they were n their way to the garbage, but fell into the take out tray. emailed the business about it, and have had no response in 10 days. very disappointing when I treat myself once a month and this is the result. the counterperson who handed the meal was very friendly and cheerful.

My husband and I have been coming here for over 10 years. We always used to get top notch service, but things have changed. This is the fifth time we have come here and received poor service. One time we were seated at a table and no one came over. We sat there for 15 minutes, the place was not busy. Staff walked by us numerous times, but no one acknowledged we were there, so we left. And the last four times, someone took our order, we received our food quickly, but then we never saw our waitress again. We see them just sitting in the back booth by the kitchen talking and laughing. While I appreciate it is hard to take breaks in the service industry, waiting over 20 minutes for your waitress to return for a refill is not a good business strategy. This time, my husband had to walk back to the area they were all sitting, and he waved to our waitress, which got her to come to our table finally. At this point we just asked for the bill so we could leave.
The food is always amazing, it is what has kept us coming back. But not anymore.

The minute I entered the door there was no greeting because the guy was busy on the tablet , first question was if I was picking up a delivery order 🤨 really ? After I said I was there to eat he put no interest on serving me , he guided me all the way to the back and didn’t say a word just left , lord help 😐 The food was terrible so bland no taste , I asked for a burrito the asada , pictures below, I didn’t asked for a taco in white cheese soup , and the pace sauce please don’t say Mexican restaurant it takes a minute to boil Roma tomatoes and Serrano to makes a fresh salsa , food was bland ! Even the order of fries tasted like they had been in the freezer for months 😐 The guy that served me was nice but what a bad experience, over priced ! Taco Bell and at this point would of been better , do better for future customers that can tell a difference between good food and it’s a waste to be honest since you have such a nice setup, sorry but you won’t be open for long 🤷🏻♂️

If you like authentic fajitas where they skirt the beef and marinate the beef and chicken, then grill it right before putting it on a red hot iron and bring it out sizzling to your table, don't go here for that. I've gotten good meals here before but the fajitas are probably the worst thing they do here and getting 3 tacos for $11 less would be a much better value. Very little protein and if you were blindfolded you wouldn't be able to tell the difference between the chicken and the steak. Both tough, dry and overcooked. The corn tortillas looked like they were heated at lunch ( it was 6 pm). The mostly green pepper and onions were completely broken down and mushy. They cook them ahead of time and hold them on a steamtable. There was maybe 2 tablespoons of pico de gallo that came with it and it was old and sour and had no cilantro or jalapenos. The menu said choice of black bean refried or pinto beans but the pinto beans apparently are refried too. The rice was cold. An extremely loud blender or vacuum ran for 20 minutes in the kitchen. I know this sounds petty but it was just awful food and for the same money I could have gotten their porterhouse. I was greeted right away and the food only took minutes (precooked) and the server checked back. I'll go back, but I'll never order fajitas again

Came here to get lunch with my cousin, the waitress was horrible to us. I pointed at what I wanted because I didn’t know how to properly pronounce it. Ended up getting the wrong thing, I told the waitress I wanted something else but I would pay for what I got and asked if she could bring me something else. She was rude, brought the manager out and I explained to him what was wrong. She kept rolling her eyes at us and giving us rude looks, over all had a terrible attitude. Then proceeded to put a $2 tip on mine and my cousins tab when we tipped in cash.
