It sucks because this was my last “fun” meal before I started eating better. But I ended up with a almost $30 meal that had absolutely no seasoning and the meat was super dry.

What a great surprise. While visiting Jackson, Michigan, we happened to just take a chance, and we're glad we did. Yummy food, great servers, and fair prices. I highly recommend this restaurant for high-quality authentic Mexican food. Ed D Sr.

I normally come here everyday for lunch today was horrible they ran out of shrimp and instead of let the customer me know they decide only only put 1 shrimp and a tail in my food.. I called and she laughed and said that’s because we ran out of shrimp when I get there I bring my food caus eat this point I want a refund she going to say let me see your bag I said sure because I want a refund. She wouldn’t give me a refund I said I would wait for the manager and she dismissed me. I have ranted a raved over this particular location many many times spent hundreds here just to be treated like crap when they make a mistake. I will NEVER COME HERE AGAIN EVER!! I referred several companies to cater conferences from them never again !!

Stopped in to get a take out.. a gentleman came right out to take my order of 2 wet burritos. The told me 5 minutes and brought it out in that time. Food was perfect.
Love the soft taco chicken. They may get a bit wet, but I love a bit of juice.

The food came partially cooked. I had a burrito, and it was barely warm, not cooked all the way through. I asked to speak to the manager and he claimed that the reason it was cold/not cooked all the way through was because it was their large burrito and because the tomatoes and lettuce and sour cream are cold. But the beans and the chicken were partially cold/lukewarm. I explained that food that isn't cooked properly, to proper temps, is a potential safety hazard. He claimed that the regular sized burrito would not have this problem. After a complicated bit of communication, I finally got him to understand that he needed to just bring me the regular sized burrito. When the regular burrito came, the lettuce tomato and sour cream were on the outside of the burrito, and the beans and chicken inside were also lukewarm, not cooked all the way through. The chef apparently needs to be sent back through food safely training. I was looking for a decent meal late on a Sunday evening, so was a little short on choices. I read the reviews of this place and say great reviews and then some others not so good, including complaints of cold or partially cooked food. I took a chance . . . But I should have listened to the bad reviews. You should also listen to the bad reviews,because they clearly do not understand proper food safety at this restaurant, and it is a recurring problem. I will not eat here again. They also got my bill wrong (overcharged), and I had to chase that down. Communication was difficult on every level here.
