I recently visited Love, Pasta in Jackson and had the gnocchi with vodka sauce, and it was excellent. The gnocchi was soft and perfectly cooked, and the sauce was rich, creamy, and full of flavor. Jackson is in dire need for more good restaurants like this. The pasta is very good and tasted very fresh. The portion sizes are fair but on the smaller side because you're getting actual good pasta instead of 2 pounds of microwaved alfredo like olive garden would do. Its a small building but had a clean and bright atmosphere and the waitress was friendly and helpful. Good work being done out here and thank you for bringing better food to Jackson
Thus is as good a fine dining family restaurant as it gets and we are fortunate to have such a great team in Jackson.
First, the pasta dishes are excellent. Hand made pasta and sauces are their signature and it shows up when you take your first bite.
