I called had a few questions on a Monday night. Girl was extremely rude like I was bothering her. I asked how much delivery was then decided to do pick up. After placing order she thought she hung up phone!!!! She went on a rant about me acting like I was too good to pay delivery fee and said I was asking for something special she would give me a special pizza! An had a good laugh. ordered a pizza via online portat, estimated delivery 25 minutes. actual delivery over an hour and a half, when I called they said they were short handed on drivers. if delivery estimate was accy, I would have picked it up. Pizza was stone cold. I have also unsubscribed from marketing emails DAILY for over three weeks straight and I am STILL getting emails DAILY despite checking out as guest and opting out of emails at the time of service. Will not be ordering again any time soon.
Ordered delivery for the first time rather than pick up. The driver seemed annoyed that he forgot my salad and when he suggested bringing it back I said OK. Once he brought it back it was simply that a salad in a bag no silverware no dressing no croutons. I understand mistakes happen. That’s two in the same transaction. Common sense says to grab necessities for items ordered. I always tip decently hoping that the person(s) put in extra effort and they don’t.
