Literally waited 45 minutes in line for a mobile app order I placed when I got to the window they gave me my shakes and told me to pull up and they had to wait for my ice coffee. 15 more minutes and yet I still sat waiting as my shakes are melting and food is getting colder. I finally went in to check on the ice coffee I was waiting for and it was sitting on the counter by the registers. I spent an ENTIRE HOUR waiting on a simple order. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO THIS MCDONALDS

Godawful! Biggest collection of incompetence I've ever seen! Guy at the window was nodding off and just looked up and then nodded back off! Manager is a complete joke, he continued to argue with me like he was ready to fight and then ended up realizing he was the idiot that couldn't even do his own job and began back tracking. Horrible all around.

Horrible, dripping with grease, I mean it's fast food but I just sat there for 15 minutes waiting for a burger that was tossed together from across the room. Cheese and pickles were in the box, not on the burger. Will Absolutely be the last time I go to this location.

Asked for a kids milk and received a 2 week past due date.. someone better have answers or I'll be notifying helth department. Date on milk says uses through 08 of January 2025. It's now the 22nd of January.

On a separate visit today I ordered a mocha cafe. They asked me to pull off to the side because I was on a time limit. I told the worker then the manager that I was not the one on a time limit, that they were and I wouldn't pull off to the side . Such rude employees and management

Employees smoking right outside the front door? It's not cool. Rude drive through service, wow. Does McDonald's not teach customer service? Or the proper way to talk to people? We regularly avoid this location because most of the time, the service is terrible. I'm certain corporate would not like to hear about what goes on here.
