I placed my order through the app. To pick up at the counter due to the size of my vehicle. When I arrived the doors were all locked and I couldn't get my food. No one ever answers the phone. I had to go through the drive thru with haly of my vehicle on the curb. This is 30 minutes later. No one came to the window for a while they just stared at me like a deer in headlights. When I finally got my food it was cold and tasted old. The hash brown tasted like it was made the day before and was heavily saturated in grease. My breakfast sandwich was burnt and my coffee was watered down due to all the ice melting. You should have a higher standard for your customers and try to deliver fresh food. This is beyond ridiculous.

Ordered a shake and 2 burgers$16 bucks then they ask me to pull ahead to wait for burgers, it's 90 degrees out, well 12 minutes later I walk in and ask where the heck my burgers are?!? They have no idea!!! They finally find them and their in a bag and toss to me on counter!?!? By now my shake is melted and I'm pissed!! Do I recommend this place??? NEVER EVER EVER!!!

Literally waited 45 minutes in line for a mobile app order I placed when I got to the window they gave me my shakes and told me to pull up and they had to wait for my ice coffee. 15 more minutes and yet I still sat waiting as my shakes are melting and food is getting colder. I finally went in to check on the ice coffee I was waiting for and it was sitting on the counter by the registers. I spent an ENTIRE HOUR waiting on a simple order. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO THIS MCDONALDS

Godawful! Biggest collection of incompetence I've ever seen! Guy at the window was nodding off and just looked up and then nodded back off! Manager is a complete joke, he continued to argue with me like he was ready to fight and then ended up realizing he was the idiot that couldn't even do his own job and began back tracking. Horrible all around.
Horrible, dripping with grease, I mean it's fast food but I just sat there for 15 minutes waiting for a burger that was tossed together from across the room. Cheese and pickles were in the box, not on the burger. Will Absolutely be the last time I go to this location.
