STOP LETTING SICK EMPLOYEES WORK. When I pulled in I saw an employee coughing and hacking up something outside before returning inside. I was already hesitate to order then another employee on the speaker sounded sick because they were coughing as they were taking my order. I get to the window and as they are accepting my payment, I kid you not, wipe their hand across their nose. To seal the deal my fries were cold and did not taste right. This is the last time Iām eating out ever again. I canāt trust how others prepare my food
1 patty in my cold big mac. They cannot handle the drive thru at all. We have been waiting over 10 minutes. Others are still waiting. Horrible

I have been to this place more than once, thinking that they are just having a bad dayā¦well they arenāt just having a one off, this place constantly tells you that they arenāt serving after they let you wait 5 to 10 minutes at the drive through. Ownership needs to get control.

I came through the drive thru a few nights ago around 11:30 - 12:00. The male employee at the speaker was without a doubt drugged out. Not weed high but something much
harder. He was barely coherent to take my order then I pull forward to the window and it was confirmed. Iām very disturbed
I was at that McDonald's in Jackson one day and was ordering food from a worker name tag said Heather but the manager in front of everyone called her stupid. That was uncalled for. A manager degrading employees in front of customers is very unprofessional .. if I come back to your restaurant and I see him I'm not gonna be nice. That young lady did not deserve that v please take care of the situation to ensure this little lady is fine.
I was in this parking lot waiting for food for over 35 minutes when it was definitely not busy. I was post procedure and just wanted a burger. I went in and they tried to tell me they already gave me my food. Then they tried to hand me cold food that clearly had been sitting there for 30 minutes, I could feel the food was cold through the bag. Then I asked to talk to the manager and she says āoh my mom.ā THE MANAGER then escalated the situation raising her voice at me. I might have been upset but Iām capable of basic respect and there was zero reason to respond this heated. I waited in the parking lot for over 30 minutes, Iām not sure why she couldnāt hear me share with her how bad the service was for just 2 minutes of her time. She was happy to point out what I had said to āher daughterā though (unimportant) and the managerās military history when I pointed out that she was not helping. Clearly a straight jump to defensiveness and Iām not sure whatās with the weird family dynamic but itās unprofessional as hell. This might be my worst experience yet in fast food which is impressive.

Worst McDonald's ever. The sandwich was so messy more big Mac sauce then anything burger was dry when we pulled up to the window we can see all the workers standing around laughing and joking but no one was working
Very bad experience ordered food. That was stale, everything was stale, tried to tell them the food was stale when they handed it out. The window burgers looked old chicken nuggets looked stale. They forgot things that I added on the order. And charged me for it did not resolve my problem and did not call me back when I went up there to let them know what they did wrong with my receipt gave me the runaround, and my problem still has not been resolved. Lost a lot of money and my children were not able to eat that night.This mcdonald's is very bad with their customer service and very bad with trying to make things right.When they know they were in the wrong

I placed a mobile order at this location at 3:53 PM and arrived at 4:00 PM for curbside pickup. After waiting 10 minutes with no sign of my order, I went inside to check. This wasnāt my first disappointing experience hereāon a previous visit a month ago, my order was ālostā after waiting 20 minutes.
When I went inside this time, the store was in terrible condition. The floors were muddy, and the kitchen area visible from the counter looked filthy. Even another customer asked the cashier to clean the coffee pot because it was visibly dirty.
While the cashier wasnāt rude, he clearly lacked any sense of urgency or customer care. He spent long stretches just standing around while customers were trying to get assistance. After another 20 minutes, I finally got his attention and noticed my orderāsitting on the counter the entire timeāwas missing an item. When he called to the kitchen, staff started arguing about whether it had already been made instead of simply fixing the issue.
To make matters worse, another customer and I both saw a kitchen worker touch his visibly greasy bald head with the same gloved hand he was using to handle food. At that point, I demanded a refund, but they refused, saying mobile orders couldnāt be refunded at the store. I left disgusted, without my food, and with zero confidence in the cleanliness or management of this location.
Every order Iāve ever received from this location has had issuesāmissing items, food made incorrectly, or food that was cold to the touch. I do not recommend anyone come to this location.

Never in my life would I ever lie about something like this EVER! Itās Halloween today 2025, the whole ENTIRE place is packed inside and out!! The father of my daughter ordered a happy meal inside the place today which is the boo buckets. We open her happy meal and open up the chicken nuggets, there was a baby roach crawling all up inside of it. Absolutely disgusted I would have a photo to go with but I didnāt want to chance it in my place for even a second so we hurried and threw it out! and we have literally made the choice to be DONE with fast food for good! especially this location.

Iāve never had a good experience here. The large woman who works at night with her crew full of kids are so disrespectful. They refused to give me the fries they forgot when I went back around the drive thru, and were insanely rude. The food is never correct. Iāve had moldy buns from this location. I will never be going back.

I've been a McDonald's girl since big macs were 2 for 2 š¤£I actually made Big Mac sandwiches during that time in fort Myers Florida with 3 huge racks going out every lunch 20 minutes from the beach š¤£š¤£ paying more doesn't always mean better thank you McDonald's for helping my family in rough times feel human ā¤ļøā¤ļøā¤ļø
