This is the most incompetent McDonalds around here. They ALWAYS forget food and are rude and walk away from you when you tell them. Its not just one thing they forget. Its like they get half the order together and say here ya go, and forget the rest. Every time. I'm generally pretty forgiving and like ok they had a bad day but this is just pathetic at this point. Definitely need better training.

I can’t stand this McDonald’s. Every single time I go here they mess up my order, and the people are lazy and rude. 90% of the time the manager ends up coming out to apologize for the poor staff.. honestly it’s sad, and to top it off it’s a 20-40 minute wait every time.

Fries are always old or cold, if you ask for drop fresh they just double drop them in the fryer so you get old and grease soaked. The food is literally always bad here.

Went through the drive-thru, ask for a Hot and spicy McChicken sandwich and pickle bacon and cheese. I ordered two of them. One came out correct. The other came out like the listed below. Getting really irritated at lazy people that can't read well and that can do one sandwich correctly and making the second sandwich directly after and can't be the same way. Good job guys! Love giving my money away!

I went in there this morning Sunday March 16th around 10:00 I was going to use the restroom wash my hands and I refilled a soda 10:00 a.m. went into the restroom was total disgusting It look like you hadn't been cleaned in 3 days shit all over the toilets in the toilets on the rim on the floor went to I left immediately I didn't even go up there cuz they were busy I called the store they will not answer their phone just pitiful ridiculous I wouldn't have even gave it a one-star review but you had to push an option I didn't even want to touch anything in that store it's just disgusting I'm going to call the corporate office tomorrow I came down to Jackson I live up by Allen Michigan I'm down here in Jackson for a birthday party but I'll be calling the corporate office tomorrow a lot of good I'm sure that will do but I'm going to do it anyway keep trying to call the store back like in between busy hours I assume cuz they're not answering

Ate here with my boyfriend and the next day I ended up in the ER sick. This is the only meal we've shared in awhile and we both happened to get sick which makes me strongly believe it was from this place. Avoid this place at all costs

These people cannot complete even the simplest request . They also cannot or will not answer the phones. If you want your order to be edible do not order here .

I never leave reviews, but this place is bad. I have only lived in Jackson a few years and this McDonald’s is convenient to where I live so it is pretty bad when I have to drive 4 more miles in town to get cooked fries.
I have been to this McDonald’s since I have lived here. I would say at least 10 times. Every time I have been there the fries are cold and not cooked.
The kids at the drive-through window are very polite and nice, but you can tell they have no idea what they are doing. Please someone come in to rescue this place and they need training. Fries should never be cold.

I have given this location the benefit of the doubt one too many times. I enjoy treating myself every once in a while and when I first started to come to this location they did well. The past 3 months have been shitty to say the least.

My experience tonight really irritates me. My husband and I stopped by to grab double cheeseburgers for multiple people. We let them know it was going to be a larger order and we were even okay with waiting. We get our order and pull into a parking spot to check it. We were missing half our order and upon checking the burgers they didn't have any condiments or toppings (I asked for extra onion on all of them). My husband went in and waited an hour for them to fix the order- thats fine it was a big order.

While waiting my husband was met by a worker who was outright rude, yelling to her team lead that she packed the order and made sure the whole order was there. He didn't even ask for the burgers to be re made completely, only that the toppings be added. She handed him the bag with still only half our order. My husband proceeded to wait for the other half our order and another worker had to ask the original woman if she was going to do her job and give him his food.

They ended up giving us a whole re-made order. We didn't think to check it considering we had just death with going in to get it fixed so we went home. Unpon getting home we opened the burgers and again there were no pickles and no onion (besides 2 which had the extra onion and nothing else).

I am done with this location. Besides this, they don't have a working phone (according to the workers) which is ever so convenient considering they are always messing up orders from what I hear.

A complete embarrassment to a national franchise. If you can't find conscientious works to represent your brand you should consider new management......add insult, no napkins either!
