No matter the time of year, time of day, this McDonald's has never delivered on a good experience. I've got food poisoning recently, long waits, and just sloppy preparation of the sandwiches. Im done with this McDonald's.

Went to get lunch. Staff was confused trying to get orders out they had a line up of cups that has pop in them lining the counter. When my or came up I was ready. Started on the fries tasteless nasty hard as a rock. Next the chicken tenders oh wait no sauce super super dry almost choked on the chicken. Next my McDouble, how can you mess that up after biting into it and realizing 1 there were no pickles and 2 it had bacon on it and 3 there were so many onion I couldn't taste the cheese. Even now I sit here trying to eat this ridiculous meal I have no idea why this burger tastes the way it does but it's disgusting and I'm still choking on every bite it is literally that dry never coming hereh

Asked them to remake my iced coffee and i get home and it's still not right, no espresso and super sweet and I had to just throw it out and go without coffee now.

Went through drive through for breakfast. They forgot one if my hashbrowns, sugar for coffee and honey even though I requested them when I ordered. Food was lukewarm. How hard is it to follow instructions? Just go ahead and let the robots 🤖 takeover.

My husband has gone here for breakfast every day for the past four months and everytime he has had a lady employee try to flirt with him and get his contact information REGARDLESS of him saying that he is not interested. It’s very unprofessional and quite disgusting that you can’t even get a meal without being hit on.

I bought 3 McDouble’s in the drive through and got 3 single cheese burgers instead. When I went to tell them I got ignored even know 4 or 5 five employees walked right by and didn’t even acknowledge I was there. Not to mention how dirty it was in there I pretty much lost my appetite.
McDonald's is a joke. Don't waste your money. We have been here twice this week and got hard bread for our burgers. They hire anyone which is why we get two bottom pieces of bread. They can't tell the difference even when it's hard. I call and talk to the manager and he says to come back. I think not... u got me this time but it's the last. Don't be fooled. This time I'm calling corporate

I used to work at McDonald's and it is laughable how undertrained and incompetent these employees are. They screwed up 3 of my sandwiches and only replaced 2, those 2 were supposed to be daily doubles with no onions add ketchup. I got 2 sandwiches with no tomato and pickle on them, which a daily double does not get, went back through and got them replaced which I could here the people working the line talking about my order and how they made it right and they proceeded to make 2 more sandwiches wrong this time with no mayonnaise. It may have not been the case, but food can usually be made right if you don't pick the last mcdouble up out of the end of the line that is 30 minutes old and try to add more ingredients on it to pass it off as a new sandwich.

Talk about ghetto and useless! I stopped to get a drink and apparently the front counter employee couldn't even greet me. Do your employees speak English or is that a result of DEI hiring??? Unreal!
