When the French fries are white they always taste horrible. That's what my daughter said . It's weird catch them on a good day and the food is great but the other part of the time it's iffy!

They don't want customers. Do them a solid and yourself a favor and drive to the next McDonald's. They will screw up your order in new and imaginative ways. They are actually going out of their way to make it wrong, actively trying to discourage repeat customers. Working smarter, not harder in 2025.

I ordered a double bacon quarter pound sandwich meal. I went to eat the sandwich there was the paper still left between the patties. I took my sandwich back and could only get sandwich replaced. I asked for a chocolate shake to compensate me And was told no. I order here almost everyday. I will never order from here ever again.

I pull up to the microphone to order. The girl makes me repeat myself 3 to 5 times then I proceeded to wait because she pushed the wrong button and couldn’t figure out how to go back. I had four cars past me at the other drive-through speaker. After I sat there for five minutes I finally said hello and the woman got snotty with me and said hold on a minute. All that for some mediocre food that was half cold. I go to call and nobody answers.
I went to the drive-through ordered to crispy chicken went and paid. Got my food and it was A regular chicken sandwich. I called to ask if I could come back to get it switched but they told me that I asked for the chicken sandwich instead of the crispy chicken sandwich when I asked specifically for the crispy chicken sandwich. Never coming back. If I could give zero stars, I would.

i’ve had multiple instances where my food was incorrectly prepared and TERRIBLE costumer service. the window shouldn’t be slammed in my face and i should not be asked “do you really want that” while ordering my food. if you don’t want to work here leave, stop being lazy put a smile on that face and make some money.

Today is 10/21/2024 and we went around second shift I ordered a drink and my passenger wanted a curtisy couple of water so I asked and I received it with a attitude and two small flies in the cup of water it’s sad to think of what else foul things that are going on behind customers back
