They have the worst customer service of any McDonalds in the area. Daughter was there yesterday and was told to pull ahead after her order of 2 drinks and a quarter pounder with cheese and fries. Said was waiting on fries. After 15 minutes and others waiting,they finally brought out everyone’s orders. Her fries were warm not hot the burger was cold. We had a horrible experience. It started with waiting at the counter for at 10 mins before anyone acknowledged us to take our order. We waited another 10 mins at least, to get our food. All the while, one employee was sitting in a chair near the register playing on her phone. That same employee finally got up to take the next person’s order but never put down her phone while taking his order. Extremely disappointed in this location.
The service was awful! From the intercom service to the manager!! The staff could use some customer service classes… I’m not saying customers are always right, but yelling at the customer because your employee got the customers order wrong from the beginning is not professional. There are other ways to handle situations and going ghetto on a customer is not one of them!!
