The food was not fresh, the drinks were so watered down it was like drinking soda flavored water. There was no one up front when the card reader at the kiosk was down and you had to pay up front. It was definitely not clean.

Came to the page Avenue location approximately 9:15 PM. Walked into the lobby through the front, unlocked doors and went to the front counter. Multiple workers around but nobody greeted or approached me. I then walked over to the self-serve kiosk and started to place my order. I had my 3 children with me and they were looking at the happy meal toys on the wall, giggling! I hear a lady in the back scream “What is that? What is going on out there!?” as she walked to the front of the restaurant. she walked over to us with a very rude tone and look on her face and said “The lobby is closed, it closes at 9 PM!” I just stood there for a second and then replied “OK, I didn’t know because the doors were unlocked.” She turns around to walk away from us saying some thing about them having to walk in and out. Still Saying other remarks to her coworkers about us coming into the lobby after closing also. I fully understand they have to go through the doors to run food out to drive-through customers, but the way she handled a paying customer was extremely unprofessional and tasteless. I keep hoping this location will get better but every time we try it’s the same horrible service. Do better or find a different occupation!

Unbelievable... Asked for a Sunday n ice cream cones ( all under $2) only to be told no ice cream but we could get a shake instead (doesn't shakes use ice cream?) So not what really wanted but ordered 2 anyways at $10.15 yet the 2 shakes were not even filled up to top of cup, even with whip cream in it the shakes were still smaller than cup. Becoming a constant problem receiving actual ice cream but they push the expensive shakes always staying no ice cream or machines down. Multiple McDonald's and they all say this making us just leave n go to Burger King instead and getting what ordered.

We went through the drive through for lunch and we received our drinks and a happy meal for our daughter and we immediately smell weed all over our food and drinks. We don’t smoke I understand it’s legal now but there should be a line when it comes to customer service or handling food items. If I could put a -1 star I would.
