Think i have to stop going here. They never clean the drink machines so the pops have that musty taste and theyre always having problems with it malfunctioning... cuz they dont clean it so who knows what else they clean. Every single time i come here i am missing sauce for my nuggets. The fries are never fresh even though its very busy.

Absolutely ridiculous experience. We went here at around 1:30am. Because it was late I was very patient with them. I ordered through the app. We ordered ice cream among other things. When I got to the window they told me that they stopped serving ice cream after 1. Why would it be unlocked in the app if they don't serve it. I was told at the window to get a refund through the app. I have never been able to get a refund through the app before so I was surprised. Instead of telling me how to do it she just closed the window in our face. So at the second window I asked again if I would be able to get a refund through the app. They affirmed it and then sent me on my way. I spent over $20 worth of ice cream. To make a long story short it is impossible to get a refund through the app. Even if you go to the apps FAQs it tells you that the refund has to be done at the store. So I had to call the back and jump through all these hoops when they could have just refunded it at the store.

The workers don't wear gloves always on their phone just saw a worker handle the customers fries without gloves all the tables are dirty the oreo mc flurry is a rip off because it's only filled a quarter of the way if you order to dine in you have to walk to the counter to get your food and they only bring it to you half the time

I places a mobile order picked it up got home and realized they didn’t expedite correctly and didn’t put my hot cakes into my bag so I called the store Twice and no one answered the phone poor management unfortunately :/

i wanted nuggets and fries but because their system shut down when they started it back up at 4 in the morning they started serving breakfast an hour early. i work 3rd shift and me and my boyfriend wanted food they don’t serve breakfast till 5 there should have been no reason they started serving breakfast at 4 in the morning. their food is usually good but the service is terrible unless they have changed something but everytime i go there it’s always been 5:00

Whoever owns the McDonald’s on Airport Road, it is the worst McDonald’s in the country! I love to get a meal at McDonald’s every once in a while but I am completely through going to that one. . I have had so many things go wrong every time, rudeness, terrible terrible food, cold french fries sloppy burgers that you can’t eat. I will never go to the McDonald’s on Airport road again. It’s an absolutely horrible experience EVERY time and they always forget something as well. If you complain, they could care less! If the owner doesn’t care about his business, then he/she will continue to get terrible ratings because it is the lowest rated McDonald’s around.
Employee was vary Rude and gave me the wrong order and when I came back he throw the new order at me and shut the door 1-24-2025 at 9:45 this employee should be fired or talked to very poor customer service

We went to lobby to order at 5 AM and it was open and we were doing the kiosk thingy and the lady came screaming out telling you cannot come in and we open only at 6 AM. Like it’s our fault that you advertise 24 7 and then shout at us for coming in to eat. Get a life.
