I placed a mobile order and received the wrong order. I ordered a medium double quarter pounder with cheese meal with no subtractions and received a quarter pounder no cheese no pickle add mayo. I was already home by the time I saw the error. I never have had an issue with mobile ordering at any McDonald's location until now.
Also, to the person ordering this. Just why? You're better off going to Burger King for a meat patty with mayo. 🤦🏻♀️ **Timestamp in the app screenshot is incorrect

This location has increased in quality recently due to staff changes, with big orders you're more than likely going to have missing items so make sure to double check, but the quality is good

It was ass, my mchicken had no lettuce, and it was a spicy mchicken instead of a normal one, my fries were soggy and had definitely been sitting in the warmer for a WHILE and the sweet tea was DISGUSTING

Think i have to stop going here. They never clean the drink machines so the pops have that musty taste and theyre always having problems with it malfunctioning... cuz they dont clean it so who knows what else they clean. Every single time i come here i am missing sauce for my nuggets. The fries are never fresh even though its very busy.

Absolutely ridiculous experience. We went here at around 1:30am. Because it was late I was very patient with them. I ordered through the app. We ordered ice cream among other things. When I got to the window they told me that they stopped serving ice cream after 1. Why would it be unlocked in the app if they don't serve it. I was told at the window to get a refund through the app. I have never been able to get a refund through the app before so I was surprised. Instead of telling me how to do it she just closed the window in our face. So at the second window I asked again if I would be able to get a refund through the app. They affirmed it and then sent me on my way. I spent over $20 worth of ice cream. To make a long story short it is impossible to get a refund through the app. Even if you go to the apps FAQs it tells you that the refund has to be done at the store. So I had to call the back and jump through all these hoops when they could have just refunded it at the store.
