I go here because I work 5 minutes away but after today I have decided that Iâll drive 15 minute extra because this location is absolutely terrible. Literally EVERY SINGLE TIME I go here they mess something up or forget at least one item. And Iâm pulled up in drive thru for a 3 item order and always have to sit for at least 10 minutes after being pulled up. The service is terrible, the manager is terrible and the food is terrible.

Worst service ever! Was there at 6 oâclock in the morning, not busy at all, one car in the parking lot, no one in line except for me and the manager was frantic. I was being patient with her and trying to be kind, but she still could not couldnât complete my order and was quite rude.

I have a lot of patience for McDonaldâs, but when yall release a new shake and somehow every time I go the shake machine is âdownâ or they are out of the âshake mixâ kinda just ruins the day. Get it together McDonaldâs
The guy at the window was coughing all over immediately before handing me my order.
My drink lid was clearly cut and not complete, fell off and spilled in my car.
My frappe clearly had frappe all over the outside and was only 3/4th full.
I used to come to this McDonaldâs daily, less so lately.
Iâm done with this location, honestly it may have just destroyed me on eating out entirely.
Iâm grossed out and disgusted because the guy was clearly sick. Snot in the nose, cloudy eyes, the whole thing.
There is no coming back from such a person at the window. Iâll never forget it.

Waited at the second menu and watched three cars be helped before us. Moved to the first menu and she said, oh it works, I was just going to ask you what you wanted... Then ordered two fillets of fish, and had to pull up and wait five minutes, but when they brought me my food, they must have bagged my fries prior to the five minute wait because they were cold. Then they forgot to give me my drink so I ask for it when they brought me my food and they said they would bring it to me in a minute. I ended up having to go in and get it myself because they had forgotten. They weren't busy at all..
