I really enjoy the Oak Tree Lounge. It's not fancy, but you'll get some of the best food and service in a local bar setting you could ask for. If you are looking for a great meal at a fair price, this is your place! It was one of my Dad's favorite places and is also one of mine.

Uncovered a gem here- will definitely be back! Food was excellent; service was friendly and prompt; and the beautiful backyard patio offered a cozy garden experience that was reminiscent of vacationing far away from home. I didn’t go inside but based on everything else, strongly recommend you give them a try!

Great place. This our favorite place in Jackson. A neighborhood gem. Food is good. Cozy. Nice patio seating in the summer.
For some reason we love this place. It's a 20 mile drive for us to get there. Some evenings where we need to get out of the house. We go there and have lunch on the patio and it's perfect. It's not pretentious. It's not fancy. The food is good. It delivers what it claims to. In fact, it usually exceeds our expectations. It's just so nice to have a sincere place.

Ordered takeout, the staff was friendly, but disappointed in the food, especially for what I paid for onion rings, 2 salads and pretzels. I ordered what the menu called “pretzels with pub cheese”, the pretzels were more like garlic bread. My salad looked good at first glance until I looked closer and found a bug, looked like a ladybug, in it. We will not be coming back here again.
