We had a great experience at the Jackson, Mi. Outback. We were greeted and seated as soon as we arrived. Every member of the staff were friendly and answered all our questions. Our food was delivered in a timely fashion. The meal that we had was delicious. We both had the Alice spring chicken and it was perfect. All in all it was great and we plan to go back to try other dishes.

Out waitress, Lucy, was outstanding. Very patient, did not push us. I was an HR Manager before I retired. I know how important it is to have a good employee. Lucy was a plus.
The food, on the other hand was dry and slow. I also had a problem with the computer on the table. It had my amount wrong. I do not like using those. It is intrusive that there is no choice. It was almost an hour delay because of that thing. Get rid of it. I won't get dessert thru it. I tip...
