Ordered delivery, 45 minutes past time giving for delivery, pizzas were cold, not lukewarm but cold! Tried to call was left on hold for 25 minute. Don’t waste your money!!!!

They use doordash to deliver without any coordination. If I knew, I never would have ordered. By the time they contacted doordash, the app said my pizza was out of the oven. It sat for over 40 minutes before it got to me and showed up at room temp.

They canceled my order because they didn’t have any delivery drivers even though I was literally parked outside of the store. Apparently you can’t pick up in the last half hour? Stupid.

Very rude service. The manager was so rude. The pizza was so cold. The restaurant was dirty and stuff everywhere. It stunk. The manager Lee had sweat all over and stunk so bad.
Ordered a two pizzas and breadsticks at 7:30, got there at 8 and they told me it’ll be ANOTHER 30 min. Meanwhile everyone in the store was just standing around. Two other customers were there dealing with the same problem. You could have called customers and tell them it’ll be longer than the site tells people. Horrible staffing and management.

I ordered two hours ago. No delivery. Called for over an hour no answer. I did my order on line usually no problems. Disrespectful black guy answered the phone and said 15 minutes I said ok it's been almost an hour ok???called again got a white guy who said there was never an order made to my location. It got cancelled. Why? I will never ever order anything from this location again. Rude overbearing employees.

As far as chain pizza goes, it's hard to beat Papa Johns. This particular one had the food hot and ready when I got there. Not much atmosphere to speak of but everyone appeared friendly.
