This place is horrible. Whatever little 15 year old boy you got working in there followed me out to my car after I told him how ridiculous it was to wait 45 minutes for a single thing of breadsticks. Hes lucky my husband didn’t beat him to a pulp or I call the cops.

I received a free coupon for a messed up or back in July of 2024 from the owner 3 times I have tried to use it. I keep getting the run around about using it. I g w t told they can't do it right now come back in a hour or 2 cause they don't have something for what my coupon is for. 3 different times I wasted time and gas driving to the restaurant to use the free big dinner box letter I got. They simply keep turning me away. I'm done with pizza hut it's ridiculous the 3 times I went they were not busy and there was no reason the couldn't take my order and for the troubles and inconvenience offer to deliver it gor me but don't. Mrs Lunford I tried to use the Fred letter u sent me 3 times I keep getting the run around. So since they will not honor it and I'm done wasting time and gas for their mistake. I will throw ir letter away and never return to a pizza again.

Which sucks seeming how I try to be nice and tip people. I then went to the store and still didn't get my money back just a "okay and"

ordered a pizza on prospect in jackson got home to find hair on it took it back to get another pizza was not offered anything for my inconveniance 45 minutes later my family got to eat i will never order from there again and would advise everyone else to stay away that store has gone down hill plus they dont even ware hair nets all men with long hair and beards very disatisfied costomer
I ordered a bunch of wings for delivery through the call center. delivery driver was amazing, i took the order inside and realized i was missing an order of wings. I called multiple times, no answer. I went up to the establishment and told the window employee about my experience and predicament. She was AWFUL towards me. Gave me a horrible attitude for no reason and was yelling at me for being confused. Employees name is Kiana.
