I am a Door dasher I waited 20 minutes for a box of pretzels . The young lady who waited on me was rude to not only me but the 3 customers that was before me and she shoved the order at me.

Stopped off the highway headed back to Battle Creek wanted some pretzel bites. Saw the good reviews here. We stopped and not disappointed. So fresh so hot so good. Thank you. Best I’ve tasted in a very long time. Top notch. Great job! ??

We stoped there just for a small snack and 2 hours before they closed and we were told that they are not making any more pretzels or anything eles. They had everything cleaned and put away. They must be trying to be the next business to go out of the mall and I hope they are. after turning 3 customers away. Use to be my favorite place to go for some pretzels in jackson but they have lost my business.

My Daughter went here to buy a large bucket of pretzel bites for my Birthday today. The two girls turned several customers away telling them they didn't have any pretzels. They told my Daughter the same thing, but my Daughter said she would wait. A woman was waiting for her door dash at the same time. My Daughter ended up having to wait 40 minutes, while both girls refused to answer her. The cardboard container wasn't full and costed about $20. We will go back to The Rolling Pretzel company to get our pretzels from now on. Their $8 special has about as many pretzels as we got and there is no wait.

I have worked in the Westwood mall for 4 years and I just wanted to say that Tracie is the best manager the Pretzelmaker has ever had. She always has a smile on her face. She really goes above and beyond for people. She is what keeps me coming back!
