Prime Cuts is the real deal. The quality of the meat is top-tier across the board, and the selection is excellent. But the standout item is their meat sticks—absolutely unreal. Easily the best I’ve had anywhere. Joey runs a tight operation and it shows in both the product and the service. This isn’t a grocery store butcher pretending to be premium—Prime Cuts actually is. If you care about quality meat, this is where you go.

Being a non meat eater, we only buy fish from Prime Cuts, LOL! We call and place orders for fish. They do a great job with special fish orders. Their smoked salmon is exceptional!
This place has the best beef available in Michigan. Loads of options and prices of meat are comparable to local stores. This is a must stop.
