I just got the rallys app and had issues with it taking extra payments and other things, I went in store and they helped me out with what I needed and did great. Highly recommend the location but highly doubt not recommended the app

genuinely embarrassing how worse this place gets yearly. from the AI drive thru, to not having ice or even pennies for change, the mediocre food I received, I will never be going to Rally's ever again. One of my favorite places ever, to absolute dog water.

Please double/triple check your order before you leave! We were missing an item completely from our order because we were silly enough to think it would be correct when it was given to us. We were driving through and didn't see the error until we were on the highway. I called to see if they could simply refund the missing item as we had paid via credit card, and I had the receipt number and we had only been gone about 10 to 15 minutes. The answer is no. The response was I had to come back, go inside the store, with my card to process the refund. It would cost more in gas and time to go back. Just really irritating to pay for things that you don't get, and then have extra work/time/money from the customer to try and fix it. Based on other reviews, looks like this happens a lot! Charged for food that is not given. We won't be back

The food was cold as soon as left checked fries cold, burgers cold. Noone in parking lot, noone in drive thru. Not sure why cold. Didn't have time to go back Time was 11:54 today. They used to have good food. Probably wont go back. Do better.

Love Rallys but I went there today paid extra for bacon on my double rally burger and didn't get bacon. Was also somehow overcharged $1. It is what it is but I won't be going back or adding any stars to my review until this is addressed.

Went to get food around 11, supposed to be open until midnight. I was told they were only taking door dash orders. Seriously? I have not been back.
Good could they cut hours and are only 2 worker and backed up in others terrible could fast food

I really dislike the AI guy when ordering through drive thru. The order has been wrong every single time. I've now taken to rechecking the entire order at the window, which graduated me and the Rallys staff.
Best apple pies on planet earth! The legendary Metallica front man James Hetfield stated it best in their Black album when he growled 'And nothing else Matters, except Rallys Apple pies!' I think that's how it goes, right?!
