My husband and I went to grab dinner after shopping. Normally we have great experiences here but tonight was not the same. We ordered are food, paid, got our drinks and told to pull around because they are waiting on fries which is understandable. What is not understandable is after waiting 15-20 minutes for our food to come out it was slightly warm at best. Our load fries box was smashed in, fries looked and tasted like they had been sitting and our burgers were smashed. On top of all this the staff was messing around the whole time and after we left, we called to talk to a manager. Who ever answered said they were a manager but when we tried to explain our issue and they sounded like they were laughing the whole time. This was a big disappointment for us.

I've went to this rallys countless times and have had great service and great food. Went there March 26th 2025 between 7 and 8 pm and had to pull around for my food, nobody behind me in line and then had to wait 10-20 mins for my food and it came to me lukewarm basically cold, burgers smashed, fries tasting stale and old and on top of it my loaded fries box was smashed too. I called to talk to manager lady said she was the manager told her that her crew was lolly gagging almost the entire time I was at the window and about having to wait way longer than I should have for an empty FAST FOOD place and then tell her about my fries being cold and then she tells me they were waiting on fries, yet MY FRIES WERE COLD, LUKEWARM AT BEST and the entire time she sounded like she was trying to hold back laughter. I'm not pleased whats so ever with whoever was on shift at that time. Never once had any issues like this till now.

I went to Rally's with my son 3/12/25 around 2 or 3pm. I ordered from the robot at the speaker which lessened my satisfaction. The robot took my order just fine, I ordered a Philly cheese steak burger which had black charred steak meat and a 4pc mozzarella sticks for myself and a chicken bites box for my son. Pulled to the window, paid, grabbed my bag of food which the lady informed me had a free bites box in it and pulled around to check my bag. They had put the marinara sauce in there like they were getting my cheese sticks to find out my cheese sticks weren't in the bag. I pulled around without an attitude and informed the woman I was missing my cheese sticks. She had a disgusted look on her face because it was her time to "leave" to which she placed the problem on another employee who than had an even worse disgusted look and attitude. Needless to say I will travel out of town for Rally's.
They asked me to reach out and didn't bother to answer back. Go anywhere but to this establishment. They don't mind their poor experience ratings.
Everyone in line this afternoon when I went got turned away because they were to backed up. Guess not going there anymore.

My 1st and last time at Rally's!! The worst hamburger I've ever almost had!! More bun than burger, my 1st bite was 97% bun. I opened up the bun and found a extremely thin brown, no black, dyed piece of "meat" that also was clearly missing an 1/8th of! Yes, I should have complained but, I didn't have time. I ate the fries which were good and left. NEVER, WILL I EVER GO TO RALLY"S AGAIN!

Went through the drive-thru there got my food I ordered a number one large meal and I order a Coney dog also came up to $15 and something pulled up in the front the food was very when she was a manager and she said yes I told her the food was really bad she said call my name I went in and the lady that took care of me through the drive Grand bag put in the garbage can and the whole time I was there I felt very uncomfortable not pleasant to be there at all by the time they got done so stressed out 57 years old I don't need a lie by nothing but the manager the lady was good that took care of me he was in a blue shirt what's in a black shirt I would like my money back or something done about this ways of money and people just say don't have time to waste their money

Only reason I give this location a 4 stars is because I asked the staff if there are napkins in the bag & they responded with a confident Yes but after I left trusting them none were in the bag. Lesson learned. Always check the bag before leaving, but besides that.. if I am in the area.. I'm eating here! Thanks!
Parking: Shared parking & lots of spots.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, but recommend bringing a friend they do not have a powered door. Or call ahead for them to open the door if you are by yourself.

I placed an order on the mobile app. Went through the drive thru to pick it up. When I get to the window I'm told that I have to come inside to get my order. I get inside and have to wait a couple minutes just for the very same person from the drive thru to hand me the food. There's absolutely no reason why she couldn't have passed the bag through the window.
