Red Lobster

The food was so so the over food hear was not consistence. We never got served biscuits until half way though the meal . The waitress was ok but kept Asking if we needed boxes like 4 minutes after meal was served was a little annoying

We were looking forward to a nice meal. What a tremendous disappointment. We ordered the Admiral's Feast. The flounder is not hand battered. It comes frozen pre battered. Both our meals were served well done beyond crisp.Lots of breading on this dish. My companion requested something else. They ordered the Rainbow trout only to be informed 10 minutes later they were out of it. It seemed strange to run out of it at 6pm Friday. They ordered the Salmon which was salty like salt cod. They could not eat it. The server was attentive and friendly. Not her fault. We will not be going back. Long John Silvers and Culvers serve much better fish plates. For 65 bucks you expect quality food. Red Lobsters days are limited. What a comedown.

My experience was really good. The food was good nice and fresh the atmosphere was good and relaxed the waitress Wanda was wonderful. She took care of our every need. Wanda is what you call real customer service. Give Wanda a raise please.

Absolute joke. No bartender. Waited forever for someone to greet me.

Had the "fish and chips" dinner. Not as good as previously. I think they changed the type of fish to something cheesier. Was very thin fillet and chewy.

Same was our server and did an excellent job We had several dishes including Stuffed Mushrooms, Coconut Shrimp, Scallops, Lobster Bisque, Clan Chowder - everything was good. We were very pleased.

Waitress was awesome. Clean restaurant. But unfortunately the food was not even good. Crab legs absolutely had no flavor. The meat just had a water taste to it. No garlic butter flavor at all. The garlic butter sauce was just water based with some garlic based substance at the bottom of the container. The popcorn shrimp wasn't cook all the way through. The shrimp taste like it still in the freezer prior to cooking.
$162 of disappointment. We had 6 people in our party. The hostess sat us a table for 4. We asked to move to a bigger table. But the waitress (Elaine) was awesome. My ticket number was 66306. Store 0223 Jackson, MI

I ordered my food on the app, I went and picked it up curbside at my local Red Lobster.The food came out quickly and was hot. I got the family feast when I got home the portion sizes were super weird. I got massive dipping sauces but tiny little cups of soup when I ordered the bowls of soup. Then the brussel sprouts we're like one portion size not enough to feed four people. The lobster bisque soup that I got which was a new flavor they have, absolutely disgusting paid $15 for two bowls of soup and so gross couldn't even eat them.

Jackson Red Lobster..been going here for 30 years. After this dinner, we will no longer go here. Restrooms and restaraunt dirty, bartender very young and inexperienced. Air conditioning was on, it was 25 degrees outside. Waiter was friendly , both meals had issues. Shrimp was cold, frozen in the middle, no taste. Steak dry as a bone, not offered any steak sauce. Cole slaw had a weird taste, almost like cabbage was spoiled. Had to ask twice to recieve the coleslaw. $82 plus tip, 2 people, basically for good hushpuppies and biscuits.
Very dissappointed.

dined in, got the shrimp your way and it was good. until i got home and i started throwing up all my food.. i got food poisoning. i couldn’t keep NOTHING down and it was bad.
