Food was terrible! Biscuits were dry and not buttery. Definately not fresh! Lobster was soggy on the bottom. Crab legs were luke warm. Scampi and shrimp were good. My sister had breaded flounder which was all breading with a thin piece of fish. When waitress came to the table she wasn't personable at all! Her attendance was very short and slow! I wanted to say something but my husband told me to refrain. For the amount of money you pay for ultimate feast, it should be prestine! Extremely dissapointed!

I Love Red Lobster..and my husband and I go there alot...however it's becoming a habit of my dishes not being the same. Like I Love the Dragon shrimp and it comes on a bed of Cabbage...next time I just get the dragon shrimp without the cabbage..they said they ran out....next the shrimp and sausage jambalaya...it comes with Orzo rice...Fabulous!!!!! The next time I get it...it's over regular rice. Really????Are you too lazy to make your dishes the way they are specifically listed in your menu???? Do you think we won't notice??? Stop substituting for ingredients that you don't have..

I door dashed, looking forward to this meal, as I have not had Red lobster in years. The biscuits were hot, tasty, so was the scampi shrimp. However, both sides were completely cold, and you can tell, old. Mashed potatoes were alway's a wonderful treat. This time, they were barely any in my container and not even edible. Like I said old, really unfortunate for the price Red Lobster charges. I understand if you are low in supply, then call, and respectfully I would have substituted something else.

We gave the Jackson one last chance because we received a gift certificate. When we were sat down, it was right after the busy rush, so there were 7 tables within our immediate view that hadn't been cleaned yet. Our poor waitress was a doll, and that's the only reason I gave even two stars. She was the only waitress there, running her butt off, while the lady by the door is standing by herself wiping down the benches. Making herself look busy. I really wanted to ask for a rag and tray so I could clean them myself, but my husband wouldn't let me. Then the food came. It was awful. The crab linguini Alfredo tastes like they accidentally doubled the butter in the recipe. I've never had Alfredo that I wouldn't eat, until that night. All in all, it was a poor experience. And when we left, there were now 9 tables not cleaned, as ours and one other couples table, were added to thee 7 that still hadn't been taken care of. Where was the manager to help? Very disappointed and will drive the extra distance to the East Lansing location.
