Staff were great. Prices where fair. The food was good but, I've had sushi that was better. Would definitely come back next time im in town.

The food was super good! Absolutely will be back, and I wish I had known about this place sooner. They only got knocked by one star because our waitress just wasn't very good. They were not busy at all and she was not attentive to drink refills, just overall seemed disinterested in being there or doing her job and certainly wasn't the friendliest. But we will still be back because the food was actually so good!

My son said it's the best hibachi he's ever had! My husband and I get the Pad Thai and Red Curry. Both are great and come in large portions. He's a hack: get the Pad Thai and ask for a side of red curry. You will not be disappointed! 4 stars because we are not fans of the sushi and because I wish they had more variety in Thai dishes.

I went here 3/9/25. The waitress made us try and charge us $6 extra dollars. Because she didn’t ring it up correctly. We got a California roll and, vegetable roll. Avocado was black.. the food was like hard. The only thing that was good was the avocado salad which was the only thing fresh. Never coming here again. It also took forever for someone to take our order when we were like the only ones in there. We never got checked up on either. No thank you!

A hidden gem in Jackson! We recently moved to the area and have had a difficult time finding Asian food options we liked. We're thrilled to have discovered Sakura! The food is great great; we have tried the filet salmon & chicken hibachi, ginger chicken rice, eel roll, vegetable roll, sweet potato roll, edamame, and Sakura platter (chicken gyoza, crab rangoon & vegetable spring rolls). We always have the same waitress who is efficient & kind. The kitchen staff has also been super friendly, often greeting us on the way in or out.
EDIT: On our most recent order, I was missing one of two sushi rolls and one of two protein choices on the hibachi. By the time I got home and called about the missing items, the wonderful girl on the phone said she already had it written down as she realized it was missing after we left, and it would be free for our next visit! We've since tried AKA in town as well and can confidently say that the sushi at Sakura has been better quality overall.
