Waited 10 Mins in line then realized the order monitor was not working said "no service" so we continued to a window. The woman at the window insisted that the monitor was working (it wasn't) and wouldn't take our order at the window, refused to take our order. Starbucks in Jackson is loosing it! And has lots a good customer. Actually it's not the first time something stupid has happened there, so I am no longer a customer.

Love that it's not so expensive to get coffee. I was surprised at how affordable it was compared to some other coffee shops in Jackson.
I live 5 minutes down the road from this starbucks. I used mobile order right before I left my home for work so I could easily pick it up in drive thru on the way in. When I pulled up to the window the employee was incredibly rude. She told me “next time if you’re going to use mobile order you need to wait at least 10 minutes before coming into our drive thru. it’s unfair to everyone waiting inside” I used to come to starbucks nearly everyday but I haven’t been back since this incident and I will never be back. It made no sense and it was just downright rude.

This is a nice store with comfortable seating. The people are friendly, but there is almost always some kind of problem with my order. Not sure why. The location is convenient but getting in and out of the parking lot is extremely congested. Lots of bottlenecks.

Just popped in for hot chocolate for my daughter, husband, and myself on a frigid day. I expected it to have a more intense Chocolate flavor so a bit disappointed in the blandness. Service was great!

Every time I come to this Starbucks I am Greeted rudely at the window and treated like an inconvenience. When my orders are not complicated. Also always “out of everything” or they just don’t want to make it bc my drinks rarely are made right here. You’re better off going to the E Michigan Starbucks in Meijer if you want an okay experience and not a 20 minute wait. You need new workers that know how to treat people.

Crazy I walked in to use the bathroom and they won’t give me the code unless I buy something so I said OK I will. I really had to use the bathroom after being on the road for two hours. She made me hold my pee make the line and won’t give me the code unless I purchase a water or or a coffee Jesus.
Placed my mobile order and decided I needed to use the restroom. I went in and while in stride to the restroom I stated "may I have the restroom code please?" And the worker stated "unfortunately you need to be a customer first" my reply was "I just placed my mobile order". I then was given the code. I know I just read the article that stated a higher up at Starbucks stated they will "always do the right thing" when asked for the restroom code. Apparently Jackson, MI hasn't been looped in on that yet. Or my understanding of doing the right thing is completely different. I typically try not to use restrooms when out since they are all quite dirty, Starbucks included, but right now at 6pm this place was dead. One other person in the store and I have two more stops I was going in. Obviously this struck a cord w me tonight. Hey Starbucks - be better.

Me and my wife stopped at West Ave Starbucks. Today. We waited almost 40 minutes with five cars in the Drive-Thru and our order was wrong when we received it. I am very disappointed as we used to go to Starbucks all the time and it seems like their quality and service is quickly declining.
Parking: Parking in this location is hectic and to extremely hard to navigate lots of people going the wrong way to park causing a traffic jam in the parking lot!
