The food was okay, I ordered cheese fries and got barley any cheese on them, Also it took them 20 minutes to make 2 strawberrie shakes, by the time we got are shakes we were almost done with are food.
The service was terrible, they were really rude and had a attitude.
One customer sat there for 30 minutes before he finally asked if someone was going to help him, just for them to say you have to use the kiosk.
The place was nasty, the tables and chairs were filthy, wont ever come back to this location again.
I wish I would of read some of the reviews before coming here, I would of went somewhere else.
Stake & Shake needs to either get new staff or shut this place down as its a bad image for the company.

Food was good. Place was a dump tho. One guy was busting his butt as the rest of the crew was standing around watching him work. No ice, no lids, and the place was dirty.

This place used to be a good “faster” food restaurant. Covid really hurt this particular restaurant. The service is not the greatest…staff doesn’t pay much attention to anyone in the restaurant until their order is up. You also have to order yourself on a kiosk & then come back up to the counter to get your own food. Unfortunately for us, because we used to love this place, this was our last visit. I know this restaurant will close soon anyway. I drive past Daily & it’s always dead.

Men's restrooms were disgusting. Hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Food was way off from what I was used to at Steak and Shake fries were stale and cold it's not the old Steak and Shake I always loved I will no longer go to a steak and shake I can't talk to a computer I don't like kiosk and there's no option for people like me it's Steak and Shake they should close this filthy nasty restaurant before it hurts their business all together

I stopped through headed back home to Chicago from Detroit. This was the best Steak ‘n Shake I’ve had in years. The cook that was there on 10/12/25 11:30am needs a raise. The food was soooo good.
