I was in with my younger sisters getting food and the lady, who I’m guessing is the general manager, was very rude to my sister because she ordered a drink that was not available. If something is not available take it off your menus please. Also if you don’t like your job don’t take it out on others. She is 12, just a kid with manners saying “please” and “thank you” anytime someone talked to her. You didn’t have a drink that she wanted so she said “no thank you on the drink then” and they proceeded on yelling at her because she “had to have one”. It was just a couple bucks that your business would have got extra for a drink she didn’t want so it’s not like you lost money. If you’re having a bad day please don’t take it out on kids.

Ordered through the app Pulled up to the speaker and was told they didn't have any online orders and then told that I just confirmed the order so it only popped up a few seconds ago. I ordered at 5:48 and it was 6:08. Selected the option for it to be ready around 6:15. Alright. Got the food went straight home. A BACON n CHEESE double steak burger had 2 patties, ketchup, and pickles. No cheese no bacon. Another burger I ordered only mayonnaise had everything on it I called got told to bring the entire order back and they'll remake it. I just drove 20 minutes home... disappointing.

Ordered on a computer, had to scan in order to get a fountain drink. Ordered 3 of the same thing then another meal. 2 didn't have the fries. Waited over 30min with no other customers. Burgers sat without being attended to. No surprise, burgers were cold. Chili fries was with beans. They had a dispenser not working so they beat it so it'll work. One worker was openly on his phone. Never going here again.

I don't know why we bother to try and stop here. The food isn't great any more, the staff are not friendly and the atmosphere feels like an abandoned restaurant. Far from the fun hang out spot from back in the day.

Went to lane that said cash put in order and machine won’t take cash. Asked the cook about it and he mumbled something??? Walked out just eat at home folks America sucks!
My brother was at steak and shake and got me a large fry. He got home to give it to me and we both noticed how little they gave us. There wasn't even any fries in the bag to make them both full. You pay almost 4 dollars for a large fry only to get this sad excuse for fries. I am not paying that amount for this little. We also wanted to get milkshakes however someone told him they didnt have any. I mean ru kidding me? Your name is Steak and Shake. Never going back

Today I waited for a doordash order for one sandwich and a side of cheese. I waited for 20 minutes, not being greeted, just given side eye like I was a rat. I had to shout from the counter at the guy making burgers to ask if he had a doordash, to which his reply was "I'll get to it when I feel like it.". I waited for such an absurd amount of time, doordash canceled the entire order and paid me for waiting. I've never met a more unprofessional and offensive employee in my life. Based off the recent reviews it seems he's running the place down and FAST. I'd fire him immediately if I was the manager. He needs a training class on customer service or to be coached. You can see how long it took them just based off the time stamps of my texts.

I got shorted the dipping sauce I paid for, and one of the double burgers only had a single patty.
Bathroom garage can was overflowed with trash all over the floor. See photos. Soap dispensers were empty.
Good thing: their Onion Rings are still actual rings of onions.
Bad thing: the delicious Ranch dressing you remember from when they used to have salads is no longer. Now the Ranch tastes like the stuff in the bottle at Walmart.
Not a good experience.

Went thru drive thru had $40 order. Girl at window only charged my for $9 order I let her know we had way more an the manager came to the window slammed it said we won't serve you for cussing at my employees. We didn't say anything rude or out of line I had to knock on the window again to let them know I wanted a refund if I wasn't going to get my items he then argued with me because I wanted a refund and tried to say it was his fault because he didn't know what was said and it was her first day. Worst experience ever will not be going back here

Went there on 3/5. at 5:00.Tables were not clean. Placed order and about 10 min later received it without shakes.looked up on the board and only 2 drive thru after we had sat down. Instead of making our shakes they continued to do every drive thru order after us. After going up there twice the response was next time order it online and there is only just the two of us. Here was my response. Finish the order you are working on before doing every car that drives up. Poor service, dirty inside.
