Worst experience ever! I was so excited to see a Steak N Shake in Jackson, MI! I lived in Austell GA for years and they were the greatest!!! I took my dog through the drive-through in Jackson, ordered it, and was severely disappointed!! My fries were 2 hours cold, and y burger was very sub-par. Worst customer service ever!! Ordered a plain cheeseburger patti for my dog and it looked like someone cut the meat in half and slapped it in a box. Should have gone to Culvers. Ill never come back to Steak N Shake!!!!!

Awful experience. The people at the grill were talking about what drugs they were going to do after work. Then they made me wait 25 minutes for my food while they kept helping everyone who came in after me first. They yelled at me when I nicely asked how much longer my food would take, since I was waiting 25 minutes. They yelled and said “sir! It’ll come out when it’s ready. Won’t ever eat here again after seeing who works behind the grill. Dirty and gross

Lady running drive thru. She was rude and slam the window in my face. All because I pulled up to the drive thru window after I ordered. Said I need to wait until she tells me to pull around.

This place is a joke! We waited in the drive thru line over 10 minutes, only to get home and find burgers the size of mini sliders on a full size bun. One sandwich was supposed to be just pickles and one no onion both were covered in mustard, and ketchup, onion, and pickle. 100% not with the money So disappointed that someplace that used to be a favorite of our family is now someplace we won't be returning

I understand things can get hectic in this industry but come on folks. When you get short, snotty, and rude with customers you don't have to worry very long because you won't have a job to go to. Customers are what pay the bills. I prefer Steak and Shake over most fast food but the Jackson location doesn't need to worry about me stopping again. The last 3 times I have been at the Jackson location there were issues. Sorry 3 strikes and your out. Wise up and get rid of your attitudes.

Whoever is inside right now LEAVE THEM THERE!!! the community knows u come here for the food and just that, its gonna take forever no one will say hi but the food will be good.
We got greeted my two smiling faces this evening kept up to date on our order and it came in a normal time frame!!!!! I havnt even left yet it’s been that nice of an experience that I had to stop and acknowledge it

I now know why I never ever go here. I had a $15 gift card on my phone. They told me that they couldn't scan it, but didn't even try. One employee had the scanner in his hand. The manager(?) just kept arguing that he couldn't take it. When we first got there, the door to get in was locked. Horrible employees, and fail at everything it does. Plan on waiting forever for your order. If I could give 0 stars, I would for this place.
