Good ice cream. Huge portions. Reasonable prices. Keep up the good work. My personal preference is just a plain cherry on top vs. a chocolate covered cherry, which is what they offer.

I’m really disappointed with our first ever experience at Stoyannas. The ice cream itself was some of the best I’ve ever had, but the service completely ruined it for me. When my mother-in-law went to order, the woman working was visibly grumpy and rude from the start. My mother-in-law speaks with a heavy accent and politely asked if they had a strawberry sundae. Instead of answering kindly, the employee snapped “What?” and then responded with a sarcastic “uhhh yeahhh” in a tone that came across as belittling and disrespectful.
It was upsetting to witness. Whether it was impatience or something deeper, it left us feeling unwelcome and disrespected. No one deserves to be treated that way, even if it is a busy Sunday and you’re working alone.
Unfortunately, even though the ice cream was amazing, I don’t think I’ll be coming back. Respectful service is just as important as good food.

Was disappointed with the service and the ice cream. The lady working was very rude. She seemed bothered by us stopping to get ice cream. The tables were covered in sticky ice cream and they had just opened. The cookie tasted frozen and there were very few hand dipped choices and no chocolate soft serve. Definitely disappointing
New favorite ice cream place!!! Peanutbutter Gus sundae was 🤌🤌🤌 The rest of the family really enjoyed the strawberry shakes, Oreo shake, and a vanilla soft serve cone.

Had heard about this place from tons of people. Decided to make a trip there today to celebrate my birthday and cool down a bit. By far, the best ice cream experience I've ever had in my 52 years! Fast service, friendly staff, homemade cheesecakes, and new specials and flavors every week. Can't wait to go back!
