I stopped into this subway yesterday when they were extremely busy and was not disappointed!! Even though they were crazy busy the employees were still super kind and smiled and were way more patient then I could even be! The worker named Melissa was so sweet and understanding to my kids and made the experience one of the best, I will be coming back to this subway from here on out! The store was so clean and like I said the service was absolutely outstanding, I couldn't of asked for a better sub or subway artist!

I placed an online curbside pickup ord er for 2 roast beef subs and when it was supposed to be ready, they told me they didn't have the order and their only suggestion was for me to call all the other Subway stores in Jackson to see if I could find it. Their attitude was they could care less about my $20 order. The staff at the Walmart store were the only ones who were willing to help me.
So I don't know where my order is and I am pretty upset about my treatment and the fact that they couldn't even give me contact information for a manager. I would have left zero stars if the system would have let me.
