Had a very good experience at the West Avenue store on July 5, 2025 at 5:15 p.m. when we had to walk away from the airport Road store due to no service after being left for nine minutes and the employees at the West Avenue store greeted us immediately and felt badly because we hadn’t got good service at another location and they were so friendly and polite and apologized to us for the poor service coming from another subway and the sandwiches were awesome and we will be visiting the West Avenue store when we want a Subway sandwich we will be boycotting the airport Road store.

I placed an order online for 4 CBR. When we received our order the Manager working (Adriana) was fantastic. I have a very picky eater and she loved the way her sandwich was made. Adriana you rocked it girl and thank you for pleasing my mom (the picky eater). I would recommend to anyone for great service to go see her.

Young blonde lady working today was so rude she was telling me that they don't tost the flat bread I told her that's OK just what ever you can do as I was ordering for my cousin and she continued to give me an attitude and I was trying to order but was so disappointed with the attitude of this worker, completely ruined my experience

This is the worst subway I have ever been too. Every time I go in the workers are incredibly rude. They NEVER have the ingredients they are supposed. I don’t know if it’s because they ran out or are too lazy to go in the freezer and get more. They would receive 0 stars if it was up to me.

Workers are extremely rude including the manager with green hair. The young girl is the most respectful. I will never go in there again. Food was ok but not good enough for the prices. The tomatoes were very mushy and shouldn’t have even been served. I’m just disappointed with the visit. I come in all the time and it’s been getting worse and worse every time I go back. So no thank you.

The store hours are until 9:30 and they’re shutting the place down at 9:15. I suspect probably earlier than that….i get not wanting to possibly get a rush close to close but this is rediculous and is not the first time this location has done this…if you do not plan to stay open till your advertised time then CHANGE YOUR HOURS.

I visited today with a friend. I told the young girl and guy at the counter I had an onion allergy. I noticed onion mixed in with the Spinach. She picked it out with her gloves and was going to make my sandwhich with the contaminated gloves. I then asked for her to replace the gloves with a fresh pair and then asked for them to grab some fresh spinach for me. The girl looked at the guy then the guy looked at me and said no i wont get you any from the back. I didnt argue but i felt it was rude and unprofessional. I wont go back.
