My husband went into pickup our order and the girl behind the counter was very rude and disrespectful to him when it came to making our sandwiches the way they were ordered, she stated that because we do not pay for the vegetables we do not get to have extra then proceeds for place 6 or 7 on my husbands sandwhich. We order from here often and after this will no longer be back.

I won't be back at this subway the women wasn't putting hardly any veggies on my sandwich so I asked for more and she said she is not allowed cause the boss won't let them and told me I don't pay for veggies they do. Came in when they were slammed on a Wednesday evening, wait was a bit long but the people working had great attitudes which made up for it. First subway I’ve been to in months that wasn’t out of 1/4 of their sandwich toppings or bread!

Normally a big fan of this Subway. Prior to moving to this side of town, we had not been to a Subway in over two years. After moving to this area, we stopped in for a quick dinner stop. Food was perfect! So, we continued to grab food from this location when on a time crunch and have been very satisfied up until today. Decided to finally sign up for rewards (since we had been frequent visitors as of late), and use the app to order ahead. Absolutely will not be back after this order. My wrap looks and tastes nothing like it has the last 8 times over the last two months. The wrap itself is stale and tastes like cardboard. Also, there’s a mere fraction of substance on it today, as opposed to every other time in recent past. Normally, the staff has a hard time closing the wrap. Today, the wrap is closed and doubled over itself. Sad to say, but this visit has absolutely killed my desire to spend $35 at Subway ever again.

I walked in at peak dinner time, and I was forth in in line. For at least 8-10 minutes the 4+ of us watched all 3 staff take care of the online orders. At that point, 1 of them started taking our orders. When my turn came, I ordered meatball, and was told they were out, and had not had time to make a new batch. So I asked for 2 roast beef subs, and a bag of chips. $30!!!! I just walked out.I went to Jimmy John's, walked in, and had 2 subs and 2 bags of chips for $25, under 10 minutes.

CRYSTAL prepare multiple subs without changing her gloves. I asked her to change them before she prepared mine. She got upset and walked away. And said “make her sub” to her coworker. She returned once I started to cash out and didn’t wash her hands. VERY RUDE and nasty!! I won’t be returning.
