The lady behind the counter is amazing! She is there Monday through Friday until 4pm.
She is attentive, caring, and funny. She even wrapped my sandwich separately when I told her I was going to eat half of it later on. She deserves the world!

Walked into the airport Road store on July 5 at 5:00 PM 2025 and being the only customer in there could not get service and was left standing for nine minutes while an employee was seasoning bread and she never once turned around to acknowledge our presence, and left us standing unattended, and we left, and the door chimed quite loudly, and she still said nothing as we walked away unattended, and we chose another restaurant to have dinner. This is the second time we have walked away. from that subway not getting served in three months and we won’t be back.

En route to Metro Detroit from Chicago, and really thankful they were still open that late to grab a decent sized healthy food (a different subway before this didn't work out).
Really great service (wish I caught her name), was super patient with my choices, and offered her own suggestions on top of mine!
Super clean, very inviting atmosphere, and is in a safe location to stop by for your drive to-from Chicago!

Terrible workers food is just as bad they soaked our sandwiches in sauce without asking if that was enough had to spoon off half the sauce on my sandwich meat was almost frozen after toasting

I had a great experience at Subway Airport Road. I was placing a big order for the next day, so I had the opportunity to interact with 4 employees total and the manager. (I think she came in to assist on her day off.) Everyone was extremely helpful in answering my questions and even made sure to remind me of things that were available for takeout, like a container of their yummy pickles! Way to go and thank you so much!

The manager lady had my order done in enough time to get back to the factory in my half hour lunch break and still enjoy my fantastic sandwich. Great job guys! ??

The service was horrible. Three employees waiting on 1 person. Ordering 1 sandwich. I had to wait. I had ordered online, just need to grab my bag and go. Would have been easier if it wasn't behind the counter. Also, they forgot my drink. And, no cheese on the sub. It was a cheesestake. Not going back.

I was next in line. Dude asked me how many I said four and then he asked the person behind me how many and they said two and then he had them go in front of me. It shouldn’t matter how many I get if I was next I should have been next.

I came in to grab a Grubhub order and I got called a butch under neath oke of the teenage girls she had came out to my car yelling and screaming at me and supposedly they did not have a manager working. she had came at me and said I called her the n word keep in mind I would never said anything like that and then she proceeded to say that I was racist n that she’s not black . This happened on 2/23/24 anout 630 pm it was 2 teenage girls and a looked about 24 year old man. I have a VIDEO and I just found out her name is JAYDA
I like subway, I've been eating at subway for forever. It's good and cheap food. But I think this location is by far the worst location I ever went to. I went in person rather than getting delivery so I could make sure the sandwich was made to my liking. However, I couldn't do that because our sandwich maker didn't listen to any of our instructions, couldn't communicate to us properly, and tried to give us the smallest portions ever. He tried to give me only a couple slices of meat for my turkey sub. When I asked for more, because he put so little, he charged me for a deluxe sandwich when it very clearly was not. Not only that, but the bread was literally BURNT! Thank God I had a coupon that would cover all of his little upcharges he tried to give us just because he didn't know how to give us normal portions. I've eaten at subway so many times, the portions we was giving us were not normal.

Wow! Rare food service employee to have a personality now a days! Young man served us early before a football game. Was able to multitask while baking bread, fixing our subs, eye contact and holding a conversation. Missed his name, but really appreciate his customer service. Restaurant was clean and inviting as well!
