This Subway location has seriously gone downhill. Every time I come in, they’re out of something. First it was tuna, then pickles, and now they can’t even toast subs because their oven is broken. How does a sandwich shop constantly run out of core ingredients?
It’s clear the owners don’t care. They’re always off on vacation while the employees are left scrambling with broken equipment and no supplies. It’s not the staff’s fault — they’re doing the best they can — but when management is cheap and disconnected, everything suffers.
Skip this place until they get it together.

Their attitudes were just nasty I came in with a very up beat positive attitude was being nice and they were completely rude interrupting me as I was speaking, you can tell they hate their jobs. It’s so sad how terrible and miserable people are to ruin happy people’s day. I had a coupon for 3 foot longs for any subs and they want to say that doesn’t work. They are so unprofessional you would think McDonald’s is more nice than these people

The two girls working this evening did a fantastic fast job for making 3 foolongs. Very impressive and they need recognition.

Terrible service. Employees are rude. Made a sandwich with one of their HAIRS in it but was first told I can't remake that because that would mess up their inventory. Then I asked for it to be remade and a salad made that was refused to my wife basically because she asked for a chopped salad and not a regular one. Then I was told no I'm not making a salad just you're sandwich and if I didn't like it she would call the cops. (That was a first) I lost my cool and yelled because of the way i was being treated and left. Was never apologized to or anything. Guess what I was never refunded either. So subway stole her money and never gave it back. Look at their reviews. This isn't the first time something like this has happened. Rude rude rude people. New owners don't care

I do not EVER leave reviews but my family and I just had a horrible experience at the Vandercook Lake location. I went in to order dinner for my family of 4. I ordered 3 meals and asked about the possibility of ordering a chopped salad, I was rudely told no, and she asked for the next customer's order. I was not finished ordering. She never offered any of the salads that are currently on the menu (I checked the website after I left). Upon arriving home, a long dark hair was found in one of the subs. My husband took the sandwich and hair back to Subway. He asked for the sandwich to be remade. He was denied a new sandwich because it would "screw up inventory". He also asked to order a salad and stated he would pay for it and that request was also denied. The contaminated sandwich was taken by the employee and she threw it away, never even offering a refund. He was also threatened with having the police called on him. Half of my family got dinner tonight. I paid for a confiscated sandwich. I'm glad it was my kids who got to eat tonight. I will never be going back to this location even though it is closest to my home. I will be sharing my experience with any and all people I know who might visit this location as well.

I don't like to complain but everytime I've visited this establishment. I feel the days I've came in, I get told there isn't any meatballs or marinara or ice....how you do not have ice. I like coming to this establishment. As of today I won't be coming back.

Ordered from DoorDash, subway didn’t put a whole sandwich in. My cold cut combo only had bologna; missing the salami and ham that is supposed to come on it. My great garlic had about 4 pieces of chicken on the entire Footlong and was missing pickles that I ordered it with. 3 out of 5 items were either missing or messed up. Tried to call and they send you to voicemail so ZERO customer service.

RUDE- the attitude for no reason. I was extra polite the first time, thinking everyone has a bad day. Just went back and what a inconvenience I am for asking for anything. Please please please find a different career. One that makes you happy and your not being bothered to do anything.

I had a worker named Melissa who made my food for me and my coworkers. She was a sweetheart! Not only was she sweet but she was on top of everything. She saw the large drink lids were running low and she quickly went and restocked them as well as the ice.I will absolutely be coming back!
