Ordered from DoorDash, subway didn’t put a whole sandwich in. My cold cut combo only had bologna; missing the salami and ham that is supposed to come on it. My great garlic had about 4 pieces of chicken on the entire Footlong and was missing pickles that I ordered it with. 3 out of 5 items were either missing or messed up. Tried to call and they send you to voicemail so ZERO customer service.

I had a worker named Melissa who made my food for me and my coworkers. She was a sweetheart! Not only was she sweet but she was on top of everything. She saw the large drink lids were running low and she quickly went and restocked them as well as the ice.I will absolutely be coming back!

Very rude manager. Her name is Melissa. Ordered a sub that apparently is not available with the coupon. Writing too small to read. Told her I didn’t really want it if that was the case. She instantly started yelling. I said screw you. She said screw you to me and told me to leave or she would call the police. Very rude. She needs to be fired

An employee/manager, had her Daughters in the restaurant. One of them about 10 or 11 was spraying and wiping down the tables, too close for comfort with the spray as it smelled while I was eating my lunch. And the other very young one 4 or 5 was running around and whining because she couldn't help with the tables. Subway, you can do better!

Just ordered a 6 inch meatball sub. Along with two other subs and a soup.The meatball sub had one meatball that was very old. Very disgusting, almost caused me to vomit up the part that I had already eaten.

I stopped into the Vandercook lake location on December 9,2022 around 6:30-7:00pm. A young woman waited on me and unfortunately I didn't get her name. She wore glasses and was very rude to everyone including customers. Very unpleasant experience there. Will never go back!!!
